Very rude receptionist who was unwilling to help. She kept putting me on hold because she was busy meanwhile my mother just left office and said it wasn't busy. On one occasion she actually put me on hold and then disconnected the call. She told me they were unable to fit me in and sarcastically said good luck finding someone. Real professional! The filing date was extended not long before 4/15 so how busy can you possibly be. She had an attitude from the start. Told me she would email me and never took my email address. I then found the email address online, sent them my information and followed up with a call. She said she saw the email but hasn't gotten to it yet. I'm not sure why they have a receptionist accessing people's financial information. Very questionable!! To no surprise I received an email this morning stating they can not fit me in. Mind you I am a single with no kids or house, my tax return takes no time at all to do. I'm guessing their miserable receptionist responded to the email. read more

My husband has been going to Bove for our taxes for a few years now. He has been messing them up so bad. We get our refund then after a year we get a letter from IRS that we own them money back from our refund. It has happened already twice. I'm not talking a few hundred dollars this year was close to 6 thousand dollars. The best he can say is when you come back I'll take care of you. Well guess what we're not going back. Pleasant experience with Bove. I walked in off the street a couple of weeks ago looking for a one bedroom apartment for me and my 6 birds. The staff were very nice and they took my information. I didn't have any expectations for a phone call back because that had been my experience with real estate agencies for the most part, but within a couple of days I received a call from Carla who said she had a place for me to look at. While it didn't work out for me in the end, she has been in contact with me here and there letting me know if she has something for me. I appreciate that even though she didn't have much to show me, she remained courteous and professional. read more
