Wedding 9/28/13 Andy Jr from Varela Travel Agency was able to help us with all of our honeymoon requests. He worked on getting us the best prices for our flights and our cruise and helped find a quality hotel in Barcelona that was close to an area where we were looking to visit. I have called several times and have always spoken to an older gentleman and he has always been helpful in booking a trip for my elderly mother. Today I called another person answered I believe the Andy Jr. guy and when I asked to get a price on a ticket I was told I could not get a quote over the phone because it takes to long I would have to come in. I then asked why I can't leave my number and have him call me back......Silence...Really??? talk about pushing a client away. I guess business is booming that he can refuse a customer.
