There prices are very high, but they do good work if you can pay it. I have always used them mainly during their discounts. They used to run a 20% off household items each April and October. Unfortunately they stopped that. Have not been there in some time. Then I began to receive emails offering 20% off my dry cleaning order. I had a comforter and table runner that needed dry cleaning so I took it by one of their Greenville locations. Young man scan the coupon and it was on my receipt. They have a great service now where you are notified via email that your items are ready. Went by to pick them up and I was charged full price was over $50 for two piece!!! The young lady didn't know why the discount didn't get deducted, but was going to send an email to their main office and said they would be in touch with me about it. Gave it several days with no response. I called and asked about it. I was told that the coupon said it was not for household goods. I pulled the coupon back up and it says no such thing anywhere on it. I asked for a manager and was told they would call me. After another few days and not hearing anything, I called back. Told me that the manager had been out of the office and would call me when they were back (why didn't you tell me that in the first place?!). Over one week later and I have never been contacted by Bowen Cleaners. I'm guessing the coupon was a bait and switch. I would not recommend Bowen Cleaners and will not use them at all in the future. read more

Good local chain. Fairly priced, never had a problem with any of their work. They'd get five stars if they were open an hour earlier (currently 7am - 7pm on weekdays), I work night shift so sometimes hard to get there. Staff is helpful and pleasant. They do alterations at this location also. Haven't used this service yet but nice to have if I need it. read more

I took a 2 pc winter white ladies dress suit to this joint. on pick up day, I always lift the plastic and do a good look over, well I discover two good size pinkish stains on the front and several smaller spots here and there all over the garment. I left it there for a redo twice but each visit the manager was "not there", a couple of phone calls got me the same response. By the way, they acted like they were doing me a favor cause they did not (charge) me for the redo....well damn, really now!! The stains are basically lifted but the front area looks funny and now there is a spot that almost looks like a hole (too much scrubbing on their part?). when I could finally talk to the manager she proceeded to tell me their equipment would not leave holes/stains and said there were stains on it when I brought it in!!! No apology, next to rude, no offer of refund or discount. horrible customer service!!! Stay Away!! read more

Very disappointed with this business. I dropped off three articles of brand new clothing that were white in color. Upon returning to pick them up, I found that one of the items was stained. All three items were pressed poorly. I paid before I saw this unfortunately. The lady said that they would redo the order. I come back to pick up this order and there is a stain on another coat and again all three items are pressed poorly. A different lady said they would redo the order. I come back again and this time my articles do not have stains. However, they are still pressed poorly. Exhausted, I take the articles home only to press them my self. The company does not offer me a refund or even a free service on them (not that I would have returned). Overall, poor quality of work, poor customer service. I would not recommend.
