My apple play stopped working and electronic control of my side view mirror. my door has been severely rattling. that was the last straw when they fed me bs that sometimes screws get loose in there for holding the windows, when they could have easily slid something inside through the slot in the window. I have been driving a variety of cars for around 7 years most older, no one ik has ever had this issue. Idky i ever went back. In the end, the car ended up having really poorly applied PPF, which had been glued in many places to stick it back down, end of life tires, end of life brakes, damage to the tire carrier cover, etc When I agreed to buy the car and have those things taken care of, at their expense of course, they agreed in the moment, but never came through with their promises. I waited months and months, was given the run around, excuses, lies, never received any compensation for anything and am still waiting to this day. I would NEVER buy a car from this location ever, even if it was free. That's how awful this place is and I highly, hell desperately, suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. The help number was completely useless and told me they can't help with lockouts on weekends. I got in touch with Bob, who responded within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. I sent a photo of the lock to Bob and he was able to identify it as a high security lock that would not be openable without major damage to it. Bob went out of his way to contact apartment management through multiple phone calls, and got someone with a master key to help me out. Mind you this happened on a Saturday morning and I wasn't charged a dime. Would highly recommend Bob.
