I went to Bowlero with some friends on Saturday night. I didn't know what to expect since I have never been there before. It is kind of hidden on the side of Douglas avenue in Altamonte Springs. When I walked in I was impressed at how big it was and it looked pretty modern. There are plenty of lanes, there is food and a bar. It has an arcade too. We purchased two games and the shoes were included. The place had upbeat music and it had a great vibe. Bowling is always a fun time. I have not been to Bowlero before. It was a nice experience. There was all you can bowl from 5p-6p which was good. Decent prices on bowling. Bar prices were a little steep for my tastes, but draft beer was cold and that is all that mattered. Bowlero! Finally a bowling alley that's reminiscent of the bowling alleys I used to go to. Bowlero gives you all the vibes of bowling alley nostalgia while having competitive prices on a Friday night for all you can bowl up to 5PM including shoes for around $17. Drink deals could be better. They also have an arcade if you're needing other things to do while there. When we were leaving, another group was celebrating and they had a full buffet of food and seemed to be having a good time. It wasn't overly busy so a good spot if you want to host an event. Also a tip for at least right now: There's some construction happening right in front of the bowling alley next to the entrance which can be a bit misleading but rest assured it's open! read more

Went on a Saturday night and wasn't many people there which was super nice! The inside was clean and very lively. There was an arcade, and music videos playing on every screen. Grabbed a Groupon and took the family here for our first bowling outing ever. The staff was super friendly; Jasmine was attentive and so cheerful. We loved the low lighting and "party" atmosphere. The parm fries were delicious and their pretzel bites were super yummy. Minus one star because our lane's pin setter kept getting stuck and we had to flag someone down to fix it. Went on a weekday with a friend. I really liked how they had a lit up side and then a dark zone side. We played on the dark side and it was so much fun. They have a full service bar as well as some bowling alley fare when it comes to food. Service was a little slow but there were only two employees in the whole place so I understand. Avoid This Location - Not Worth the Money or the Headache! We had a truly disappointing experience at Bowlero in Altamonte Springs. We were a group of seven (including three children) who paid for unlimited bowling on two lanes--and from the start, it was a mess. It took a while just to be assigned lanes, and once we finally got started, the problems snowballed. The lanes constantly malfunctioned--pins wouldn't reset, balls wouldn't return--and we had to ask for help at least ten times. That alone made the experience frustrating and far from "unlimited." We ordered food through the app, but received something completely different. When we brought it up to the server, instead of correcting the mistake, they got combative--even though the app clearly showed what we actually ordered. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful. But the worst part was the front desk staff--particularly the woman with the large hair. She was rude and dismissive from the beginning. To top it all off, she shut down our lane before our time was up, even though the group of Caucasian men right next to us were allowed to continue playing. When my sister and I addressed it, she brushed us off. A male staff member offered two small coupons as a consolation--completely insulting given how much money we spent for such a poor experience. My family flew in from San Diego, and this is what we got: broken equipment, rude service, wrong food, dirty bathrooms, and a staff that made us feel like we didn't matter. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend Bowlero Altamonte Springs to anyone. You're much better off driving a little further to Boardwalk Bowl on East Colonial, where the prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the experience is enjoyable. read more

We purchased a Groupon deal and redeemed it on Sunday afternoon. Check in was a breeze. After we got our shoes we headed to the left side of the bowling alley. Table was pretty clean but the downside was that it was very hot. The fans were on and either the A/c wasn't working or the fan was rotating in reverse. The right side of the alley was significantly cooler than where we were (lane 4). We ordered some food- the sampler was far better than the pizza. Surprisingly the chicken was pretty darn good (tenders and the wings). Both were nice and crispy/crunchy. The employees we interacted with were all kind and helpful. My family and I went bowling here last night and we had a really good time. This was our first time bowling here since it changed from an AMF to a Bowlero. It seems like they painted, expanded the arcade, and got the menu is larger. They were out of the highly recommend chicken sandwich, which is unfortunate. The staff were nice and helpful. We ordered nachos, a pepperoni Flatbread and some drinks. Everything was hot and delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the bathrooms. They are old and DISGUSTING. The faucets are covered in Lime crush, the toilets have enamel chipped off, and it looked like feces was smeared on the wall in one of the bathroom stalls. read more

My family went on Thanksgiving day... I made a reservation online a week or so before and found out when we got there that they opened early, just for us. The front desk staff is very friendly even during hectic times. Yes, they only chat a little during those busy times, but they are professional and efficient. They are helpful and friendly as you get a chance to talk with them. The lanes themselves are quality and in good condition. I don't see as much action on the lanes as some other alleys, but the equipment functions well and is easy to work with. Downloading their Lanetalk app allows you to easily track your scores for both practice and leagues. read more

Groupon offers a great deal for Bowlero Altamonte but don't buy until you've read the fine print. Under new ownership, there are new blackout periods and they don't let you use the Groupon deal within 24 hours of purchase. Several people in line last night (including us) were not happy to find out that our Groupon purchase would not be honored but the desk staff was very quick to point out the "fine print". Instead of paying $36 for 2 hours of bowling + 2 shoe rentals, we paid $68 for two games + shoes (~1 hour). Also, the kitchen closes at 11:30p on the weekends now and the bar only has Pepsi and Sprite for underage bowlers so plan accordingly if you will be bowling late at night. read more
