This is a great place for pinball lovers! The best deal is on Friday nights. It's all you can play pinball from 8pm-12am for $10. They have a great selection of machines and everyone is super friendly. They recently got a new Godfather pinball machine! The food here is also surprisingly good for bowling alley food. I always grab the pizza or the BLT with curly fries. It can get pretty loud but that's expected with pinball machines.

Wow The Pinball Lounge is fantastic. I go to Orlando for work quite a bit and haven't had much luck finding good spots to flip at and when I saw TPL on Pinballmap.com I decided to make the drive and was so happy that I did! Right now on Fridays it was free play for a flat fee which worked out great. I think this is only on Fridays but this was my one and only visit (so far!) The owners were there and are super friendly and really care about keeping a great mix of games there and they even had the brand new Godzilla pinball by Stern which I was stoked to check out. Can't wait to go back on my next trip out to the Orlando area!

I had no idea this place was here until recently. I took my 5 year old son here and we had fun. It would be a great date night or with kids. It's a room of pinball machines that run on quarters. There is a dollar to quarter converting machine in the room. My favorite was the old school Creature From the Black Lagoon pinball machine. The Pinball Lounge is located at a side door at the Oviedo Bowling Center. The owners brought their passion of pinball to the masses with retro and new pinball machines. Pros 1) Cheap fun: My son had about 45 minutes of fun for $5 in quarters. Some of the newer pinball machines are $1 per play but most are $.75 per play. I had fun watching him too. 2) Stool available: There is a stool available for younger kids which is great so they can see. Cons: The Ghostbusters pinball machine broke in the middle of playing and the Game of Thrones pinball machine paddles hardly work.

    The guys had fun. :)

I have to give this little hole-in-the wall 5-stars. I mean, this awesome little place is 1. Located in a bar, 2. On the side of a bowling alley, 3. Has its own adorable entrance, and 4. Has old school pinball games ranging from $0.25 to $2.00 a pop. The variety was awesome, even for a novice like me. They even have cool artwork inside (don't miss the Merlin-esq wizard over the change machine). Their events look fun too, and they always seem to have something going on. I was definitely impressed with how this was done, and it's worth a trip if you are a pinball connoisseur. (Side question: Can one be a pinball connoisseur? And how does one go about this?) Anyhow, apparently Pinball is addictive. Who knew? Go check it out.

10+ pinball machines is a rare find in Orlando. For that reason alone I made the drive out to Oviedo from my place downtown to check it out. What I found was a neat spot off a bowling alley with excellent machines in near perfect condition and cheap drinks. A great combination! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't super busy which was also nice. I see they do unlimited play for $10 on Fridays so I'll definitely be back again.

Machines were in good repair and most machines were only $.75. Really enjoyed the Elvira machines and Attack from Mars.

I think some of the rhythm games could maybe be less loud or maybe more contained since a lot of them are next to one another and it gets hard to hear the game you're playing. A few of them are also difficult since they are in Japanese only, so it'd be nice to have a little guide on how-to-play. Most are pretty intuitive, but some are more difficult to figure out. Our last visit, one of the basketball machines wasn't working and the skee-ball was a little wonky. The 1 vs. 1 games on the 2nd floor were fun as well. We always end with a few games of pinball on our way out. Some of the games you can see the wear-and-tear since my last few visits, so I hope they are doing well enough where they can repair or replace them soon. I don't think I've tried any of their food or drinks, but there's a lot of shops nearby to eat and drink before or after visiting!

I have three boys so of course nothing is going to be cheap. For two activities it cost $128 dollars. They were busy so for instance the rope course we had to wait for several times. The mini golf is glow in the dark but not a large scale just a miniature option. There was a cord in the middle of one of the holes which is a hazard if someone tripped over it. They have several activities to choose from being ropes course, rock climbing, bowling, arcade, laser tag, axe throwing. You do get some arcade credits but they're kind of a waste counting on each kid got 60 credits and one game was 30 credits. We didn't eat here but I did have a drink from the bar, the bartender was kinda and fast and the drink was good for the money. The staff seemed to be pretty nice. I mean at the end of the day you do what you can in a setting like this. There are things I would do differently but if you need in indoor activity definitely give it a try if you have some money to burn.

The fair brings many technology schools, which set place in the main floor, with their displays, software, students, alumni and faculty. I was able to go into many virtual reality worlds, which is the hot things now, and I can say that the technology is pretty cool. On the floor above, there was a medical application exhibit, for kids who are inclined towards healthcare. And then on the top floor, you find the graphic designers and artists who use electronic medium. On the top floor also, you could find other interactive equipment used by the military. You could fly a helicopter, drive a tank, fly a plane, etc. My favorite, and main reason for going, was the Indie Game Showcase. I love animation, I love video games although I don't play, I love graphics and I love basic human ingenuity. Talking to all these developers and creators was amazing, as well as trying out their games. The bottom floor was part of the permanent exhibit, no technology there. Overall, I liked the expo, although I did not see ground braking technology. It is more like a massive school fair where kids checkout future schools. But it was fun, although I would have given more emphasis to the game developers. My opinion. Oh! Yes, before I forget. They also had tournaments (meh) and workshops, but I didn't attend any of those, though I feel I should have...

Gives me hope for the future. Anyway, I've added a few pictures so you can see how much my man-child enjoyed himself! While it's a kid-friendly event, I definitely think I'll wait until he's a little older to bring him back!
