Seven Falls started out with a semi-short shuttle ride to the actual scenery. From there, it just got more amazing. I understand how the steps could be strenuous for many, and it definitely wasn't easy, but a little stop to catch your breath is provided about midway through. I saw a couple people who didn't feel up to finishing the steps stopping at the rest point, taking some photos, and coming back down. The views were still stunning from that height. Heck, they're stunning from any height or viewpoint. There was also a little shop with delicious popsicles located before the steps. Clean bathrooms along the way as well. It all just seemed very well-thought-out. This was also partially due to the employees, who were all very helpful and pleasant. To put it simply, Seven Falls has it all-it's beautiful, clean, and unique. Amazing in every aspect, stunning from every angle. I felt immersed in the mountainscape from the first step out of that shuttle.

You can get close up to giraffes and feed them, there are animals that free roam, you can get extremely close to a hippo, there's a cute building filled with birds that you can feed. The staff will help you if you can't get a bird off of you but that doesn't usually happen. The walk is rough since there's a lot of hills. You will be panting if you don't walk a lot, and especially if it's hot. The sun is strong here. Make sure to bring sunscreen. The food wasn't very good and was expensive, but what do you expect? It's a zoo. I feel like I got my hands on some good coffee but I can't remember. Highly recommend!!!

First off, this is definitely something you should experience once if you have the chance. It's a spectacular site to witness. I was amazed how it all was handmade. You can see people continually working on it. It's crazy to witness this castle standing with the sun and all. It was smaller than I expected but I'm glad I went finally. If you do come here, dress warmly. Bring mittens, scares, hats, parkas, snow boots, etc. We saw many people put their snow clothes on and remove them once they're done at the car.

The worst part is their bizarre, locked soda fountain system. You have to scan your cup, which triggers a strict 20-second countdown to pour a limited number of ounces--with zero free refills. Even local amusement parks handle drink tracking more gracefully with annual cup designs. The stingy system feels completely out of touch with a premium family resort. Our stay on the 6th floor was highly uncomfortable due to excessive nighttime temperatures. Although maintenance attended to our room, the issue was barely resolved, and the room remained far too hot.During the service call, we overheard multiple radio dispatches indicating this was a building-wide issue rather than an isolated incident. An employee requested a central adjustment for either the floor or the entire lodge, but the technician confirmed that no such system control exists.Management needs to address these systemic HVAC limitations immediately. Additionally, elevator wait times were consistently excessive throughout our stay.

Austin was our instructor for the second time and he was awesome! I had a reluctant flyer who changed his mind a couple of times and the staff was so great - they just wanted us all to have fun. The reluctant flyer even asked for more time, which was accommodated with no questions asked! When you consider what it must cost to operate this kind of establishment, the prices seem very fair to me. We can't wait to come back!
