Love this place. Have been visiting since I was a wee girl, only complaint is one, where's the music? It used to be playing all the time. Now it's quite especially when it's slow, and two, the lack of customer service due to all these young folks they hire. (Not all young people work the same, not the issue) but just the last two days I came in, went to the counter, took 10 mins to get help, then roday, went to counter to purchase games, young girl was on her personal phone. Great, inexpensive fun for the kids! It's kind of like being transported back to the 90's haha, but honestly I love the vibe. They have bowling obviously, but they also have an arcade, so bring quarters! Even then, they can get hourrrs of fun for very little money. Especially great if you have a LOT of kids lol, because activities add up. They do specials during the day for kids, I can't remember if it's in summer or winter. Great place to go bowling and grab a couple of drinks with some friends. It does get crowded in Saturday so I recommend reserving a lane as soon as you can. Staff there is pretty nice. We got to our lane late once and they still worked with us and got us into a lane ASAP. read more

No customer service whatsoever. I hate that this is one of the 2 choices in this town. This establishment has gone downhill. Absolutely nothing at the bar or the kitchen so don't come hungry. Absolutely dog water. read more

Tucked away in an aging shopping plaza, Bowlero Lanes is a cool older alley in the basement of the complex. We had a team outing at this alley and really loved the old school vibe. They gave us a great deal and everyone was friendly and helpful. We did have a lot of problems with our lanes, but they were quick to fix them. Looks like they have a lot of drink and food specials too, although we did not partake. read more

I bowled in this establishment frequently when I was younger, and after visiting showed me things have changed drastically. This bowling alley is expensive! Two games for two adults and two kids (under 5) crammed on one lane came to $34. Blue moon beer is $4.50 a piece. I don't know what happened to this place, but I don't think I'll subject my loved ones to this ever again. P.S. I gave it two stars because they refunded our money for the second game we couldn't play. read more

Good value but not a good experience. They refused to sell beer to a 26 year old with a valid state issued paper ID and ID card. Weird creeper lurks around and "polices" the alley, accused an adult of using a children's ball.... Reprimanded a 5-7 year old child for teasing his family as they bowled... Who cares dude mind your business. I will not be back was afraid to get in trouble for looking/standing/breathing wrong, super lame experience. read more

When out tonight with friends and had a fantastic evening. Had a mix up about how many people were coming after we already paid but we explained what happened and Chris went above and beyond to male it work. He even went so far as to personally come check on us a couple of times to make sure we were happy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Chris for your extra effort. read more

Theft by deception is all you will receive if you bowl at this establishment! My 7 year old niece wanted nothing more than fun day of bowling with her friends for her birthday. Speaking with a staff member we were scheduled and given a price for the Birthday party, $200 for 10-20 people with 2 lanes. We could bring our own food as long as it was pizza or sub sandwiches with cake and decor, we would have to purchase all drinks at Bowlero. The credit card machine was down and it was paid in cash. The day before the party the employee notified us she was fired and the party was canceled as she was the "party planner/hostess"! In disbelief and no desire to disappoint my niece on her first birthday after her father passed away I called and spoke to the ProShop Manager / Night Manager, after explaining the situation he ran my credit card for $42 for a 2pm party for six girls and the lanes. He was very apologetic and confirmed the pizza/cake/balloons and party favors could be brought into the establishment and assured me the situation would be made right as the employee who took the $200 was no longer employed there. Upon arrival for the party the owner Michelle was beyond disrespectful to both of my sisters, the owner denied the pizza entrance and made it clear we were "lucky" to be allowed the cake/presents/balloons. The lanes were not available until 2:24pm and the owner was beyond rude. She acted as though we were in the wrong and made a point we would not be breaking her rules! We will travel to Colorado Springs before ever bowling in this establishment again. $242 plus the cost of the wasted pizza was nothing compared to the heartbreak my niece experienced as her mother was belittled and berated by the owner! Called for a birthday party for my son, they said they do not take reservations, and all lanes open up from leagues at 6pm. Got there at 6, asked for two lanes, the lady told me they are all reserved sorry...? She said someone rented whole place, will never return (place was mostly empty. ) read more
