We had such a great experience during our visit! We came in for an evening of family bonding and bowling, and even though the center was busy with multiple parties, everything ran so smoothly. Dallas at the front desk made check-in quick and easy, keeping things moving seamlessly. Mel, the manager, went above and beyond. My bank flagged the charge as fraud, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. She took the time to talk to me over the phone and work things out. Mel is amazing, professional, understanding, and a great leader for her staff. Annabeth did an amazing job managing the phones during what I can imagine to be a busy Saturday night. We came here for my daughters birthday party of six. They had the food area set up and it made it all feel so festive. They had the board set up for our party but it would have been nice if they spelled it properly (take the effort to spell check!) What we had with our party group: *PIZZA: This was good *CHICKEN STRIPS: Tasty *FRIES *FRUIT PLATTER: This was really gross. I am not sure if they were frozen and then defrosted but it was mushy and not flavorful. *PARTY COOKIE CAKE: This was a welcome sweetness. *ENDLESS DRINKS We had a fun time despite the misspelling and the gross fruit. I would definitely stick to the pizza or the fried foods (chicken strips and fries) as those tasted good. The cookie was also very tasty. After we played in the arcade a bit. I bought some arcade credits off Groupon which were almost half the price for the same amount they were selling there so worth checking out Groupon if you're hitting up the arcade. read more

Went here on 1/25/26. We had two separate transactions: one for food and one for bowling, mini golf, and shoe rental. When you close out the bowling/mini golf tab, they give you the option to tip. The total was $55 and some change. I chose not to tip on that transaction because the only "service" provided was someone handing me bowling shoes and swiping my card. I did leave a cash tip for the food. Later, I get a notification that my $55 charge magically turned into $85. Unless those shoes gave me a foot massage and words of encouragement, I did not leave a $30 tip. I now have a dispute open because I absolutely did not authorize that charge. Thankfully, I kept my receipts and took photos showing no tip was added. If you want to tip $30 for someone handing you shoes, live your best life. But altering a charge afterward is not okay and is incredibly sketchy. Moral of the story: keep your receipts, take pictures, and double-check your charges if you come here. $30 for shoe hand-off is wild. read more

This Bowlero is a nice venue. Plenty of parking. A Weeknd song to greet you as you walk in (I swear every time I came in the same thing was playing). There's lots of arcade games when you first enter. Just past the reception/shoe desk there's a bar with food and drink (mostly beer and cocktails). They have a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course upstairs. And of course 29 greased up bowling lanes. The lights are dimmed pretty much all the time, and they have random sports and stuff playing on the TV projector screens, so if you're a bowling purist and hate blacklight bowling with flashing images reflecting onto the lanes, you might hate bowling here. I did six weeks in a Wednesday night league. There are some league discounts and they also have some drink specials they run on occasion, however the staff members don't seem to know what they are when you ask, nor do they know prices for anything until you get the bill. The bartender was super nice but also super slow, so if you try to get a drink or place a food order during your game, expect your lane mates to be waiting for you to return for a while. Like for realz. For every person at the bar figure 5 minutes, so 4 people in front of you plus your turn is like 25 minutes at the bar. They sometimes have a lane server to take orders at the lanes, but I only saw one 2 out of 6 weeks, shame because that can really save you some time and allow you to sit back, relax, and bowl. For whatever reason, they don't automatically give you the drink promo prices. You'd think they would automatically give you the lowest price on whatever you order but nope. I realized I had been getting charged $4.50/beer for weeks when it should have been $3/beer per the promo sign but the bartender never flagged it. Thankfully when I brought it to the manager's attention I got a refund for what I was owed that night, and after a phone call, the GM was nice enough to go the extra mile for me as well. But beware, unless you literally say "I want a $3 domestic bottle beer for the $3 promo price please" you won't get it. read more

We had a birthday party for our 9 year old here and it was amazing. I was expecting a fairly corporate atmosphere for booking and day-of needs but everyone was super friendly and helpful. The manager on the day of and our server/host were amazingly attentive, responsive and thoughtful. The birthday surprise for my son (think massive claw machine bonus) was a moment of pure joy and surprise that just made the party and his experience perfect. Top recommendation! read more

Good place to Bowl. Reasonable prices, good lanes, good selection of balls. Arcade games. Didn't try the good, but looked pretty good. Screens have a good display, auto scoring which is pretty standard these days, easy menu driven. After each bowl the video show you how to pickup the remaining pins. Not sure about the bad ratings...but we had a nice time here. I don't go into bowling places really ever but it was a nice plan b when it was raining and we had a lot of fun. The giant beers are great with the little nozzle that you pour out of. The bartender was great and super friendly....not sure his name but he had long hair. Anyways, everyone was nice! The balls were in good condition haha that sounds bad but really balls at most bowling alleys I've been to are gross and old. ANYWAYS, everything was clean and it seemed pretty new. We went to the Eagles Nest for 1.5hrs. The cartoon theme options bowling was a lot of fun. Mostly great service, but I noticed at the end of our time we didn't get anyone coming over, we had to find them to close out the food bill. I have been meaning to write this review, it's long overdue! I had a event for my son in December at the Bowlero in Westminster, Colorado. Tim Deveney was the manager that evening. He was very professional and helpful and accommodating. He made the experience memorable. I had flown in from California for this surprise party. And I had some issues with some coupons and he made everything OK!! Which then made everything OK for the party!! I'd like to extend my gratitude and thanks to this invaluable employee, thanks Tim!! First time back to Bowlero after redoing it from fat cats. Was not disappointed! Came in for there deal during the weekday. The place was popping! Super friendly staff and several employees was on top of everything we requested. Bartenders were kickin butt and the pizza was on point. First time coming back since the switch from Fat catz to Bowlero and I was anything but impressed. To start off, just to even get a lane, I had to wait in a 30 -45 min line which would normally not be an issue however they weren't even close to busy enough to warrant a wait time like that, nor were they properly equipped to deal with the people in line. Then once I had finally made my way over to the bowling lanes there was even more problems. A waiter came up to take my order and I requested a meal for my family as well as drinks for all of us, the waiter never came back with anything I had ordered. On top of this you would think as the entire building was brand new to open their lanes would be working properly, but no. There were constantly technical difficulties and the bumpers wouldn't turn off. Finally I gave the place one last chance in the arcade as my little brother had been begging me to play the games. We bought a points card(which was crazy expensive in comparison to other places) and when we went to play the games 90% of them either didn't work or were just completely unplugged. Lastly after we had finally been through all of the bs, we went go get our prizes, from the 5 games we were able to play, and every single candy prize was rock hard, seemed like the candy was definitely more than a year or two old.
