If you are looking for Acai this is the place! They have set açaís but you can also have build your own and it is not a different price! Which I think is so nice and makes it worth it! This place is very simple and clean inside, very calming! Harley was so helpful and patient and kind, I appreciated her advice on options and what to get! I even told her the $5 off option on the website was glitching and she offered her phone to help me get it! I loved all the different options and how you can create your own style of bowl or smoothie. There are so many toppings and bases to choose from. My most recent experience was my last! Came thru the drive thru at 8:55pm, 5 minutes before closing I know. I work in customer service so I understand the frustration. But service doesn't end until closing time. Sorry to burst your bubble girlfriend. Blonde girl opened the window and immediately asked what I wanted. I ordered and paid, she took my payment and slammed the window door on me before I could spit the words "thank you" out. The bowls had so many air pockets the toppings were falling all over the place, it was tasty but I've had better. If you're going here, don't go anytime around closing. read more

I docked a star for poor management. The place is spotless, the food is amazing, and the staff is so sweet. But tell me why there's only one young lady working when they have a line, a drive thru, door dash, and call ahead pickup? She was so sweet, and she didn't rush anyone and made everything perfectly but you could see the stress this poor thing was under. We go to the Provo location every weekend but we're up this way this weekend and decided to stop in to the new location. The management is terrible. One time I came in and there was only one person working while it was super busy. Another time I came in there was a young lady working on getting all these orders done and the manager came in the front to only help with one or two bowls and then left the poor girl to go in the back again. read more

I came in to use the $5 coupon they send when you sign up through email, but was told it didn't work and that they could only offer 20% off instead. That was disappointing since it was the main reason I came to try them out. Then the register had issues taking my payment, which took quite a while to sort out.
