As I always do at every poke place I've been to, I created my own bowl. While they were scooping the protein/fish, I was disappointed. The scoops were very small, like 2 to 3 pieces of fish per scoop. However, I was very happy with the finished product! After diving into my bowl did then I understand why the scoops were so small. It was because the fish cuts were much bigger than usual! Each piece of sashimi was quite large. I was very happy they had kale noodles as a base. All in all, yummy food and good experience. I was able to choose two types of fish, and the toppings were fresh. Added Thai tea to my order. Boba drinks available. The price point for the bowls were pretty good for poke. This was always been my go to for Poke, until recently. I went in, ordered my usual with a couple of additions. I kid you not, they didn't give me much rice in my bowl. I saw they have cut the size of the sushi down and use smaller scoops. The other items that should go on were so small I had to keep asking them to put more. This place has become so cheap and their prices are higher. I would not recommend them for anything anymore. I will not return. read more

The store is at a major cross section but that means there's many other stores around along with easy parking. It is a pretty small storefront but it was nice and clean when I went to pick up food. It looked like most people did pick up there as there weren't many people seated in the restaurant but there were plenty of take out bowls being made and set aside in a bag for pick up. I ordered twice in a week because it's conveniently located and I have been lazy to make food at home. Both times the pick up order was ready for me upon arrival so they are pretty timely and good with their time estimations. However both times there was something off with the order. The first time my order was wrong (first one has toppings that I hadn't ordered). And the second time had inconsistent portions relative to the first order (first order was filled to the brim which was why I was willing to give it another shot that week, but my second order, while entirely correct, was very small portions compared to my earlier order). So that was disappointing to me. Price wise, I think for the quality of food it seems fair and affordable. It was a little under $15 for a poke bowl and they give you a small miso soup too. So it's actually a better deal than buying a poke bowl at Smiths! I'd definitely consider giving it another try. read more

I feel like a usuall scoop of protein is maybe like two small scoops and I feel like I only got like one tiny scoop per protein... like maybe 4 pieces of fish. They forgot a couple toppings on my bowl, and my miso soup was essentially just broth and one piece of seaweed. I also couldn't do multiple toppings for milk smoothies online and I like to pick 2! The place looked clean upon pick up but one of the ladies was using an iPad with gloves on and then touching food without changing gloves. That's a great sign in any restaurant that services sea creatures, they shouldn't smell like it. Everything here was fresh, fresh, fresh. I think when ever I'm in the area I make sure to stop in and grab a bowl. They also have some milk smoothies and boba slushees. A personal favorite of my mine is the passion fruit slush, not too sweet and refreshing on a warm day. It's like a chipotle style for poke so it'll suit whatever flavors you are craving. Then your protein then the mix - the sauce of choice - then toppings and last the crunch! If you have no idea of what you want they also have signature bowls! They also gave boba type drinks! So happy to have found this poke spot in Utah! I came right as they opened, and the worker was super friendly and explained everything on their menu. I wasn't too hungry so I got the kids bowl, which was the perfect size. I got the sushi rice base and spicy tuna as my protein, and loaded up with tons of toppings. They have so many to choose from! On top of that, they also give a free side of miso soup. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious! Definitely up to par with some of the top poke restaurants I've tried before. I appreciated that the employees were wearing masks. The spicy Mayo was pretty spicy for me. The koino love bowl was pretty good otherwise. I like the huge pieces of fish! And the garlic flakes are yummy. The sushi donut was what brought me in but it wasn't as good as I imagined it would be. There's one large piece of salmon and you can see two large strips of seaweed so you really can't get it in your individual bites of rice. Good flavors, I just couldn't figure out how to eat it, I guess. Also, the poke bowl came with miso soup that was yucky. I was excited to go and get me a boba drink, as I've been doing almost every day now. I asked the employee for little ice, since last few time my drinks have been 80% ice, 20% between drink and tapioca. The owner came out from the kitchen and took over, making me this joke of a drink. Then he told me "you asked for little ice, you got little ice". The worst part is that he doesn't do this because he wants to save on supplies, the employee actually made enough for a cup and a half, but the owner rather trow it down the drain, which I saw him doing just the other day. The place is clean but not super exciting. There are a couple table seating four and a couple seating two. The food is okay. I've been to a couple poke places and this has more rice in the rice to protein/topping ratio. And the rice is warmer than other places. What I mean is some places allow the rice to cool a moment before adding the raw fish. I got tuna and salmon. It looked like the gentleman was counting how many pieces of fish was going into the bowl. I felt the fish chunks were larger so it didn't seem like I was getting much fish. The tuna was difficult to bite if I wanted a smaller bite instead so I had to eat it in large chunks. I prefer the fish to be marinated instead of just adding sauce on order. But I do like that they had three options for rice. And next time I'd probably ask for a little more sauce. read more
