Trey was absolutely amazing, kept telling me over and over not to worry, he had it under control. Trey quickly became part of our Courtyard Family. I felt so grateful to have Trey put his own family life on hold and move into our hotel to ensure our sewer pit didn't overflow and flood the hotel. Himself, Israel, and Larry made sure we were taken care of at all times. They definitely made me feel at ease knowing that they truly cared and paid so much attention to our hotel. When the sewer pumps came in, Trey was excited to be able to go home to his family, only to find out that the pumps were incorrect, with no hesitation Trey said, don't worry Caitlin, I got you!!! They pumped for an additional 5 days!!!! Staff was friendly and respectful. I can't say how truly grateful we are to Mosley Septic. When our sewer pumps failed, it was Mosley Septic that came to our rescue when the plumbing company couldn't keep up with the plumbing as well as Mosley could.

They wouldn't even send a fax to the insurance company, claiming that insurances have stiffed them before. We called a company from Wichita who was actually professional and they had an insurance check in their hand with in the week. They charge way more then the company we chose and they are completely horrible to deal with. The only person from the place that was nice to us was the guy who inspected the unit.
