The kid they sent for followup was sweet but inexperienced and he slipped out to my patio and cleaned the Sunbrella fabric on my 4 patio chairs without my permission! I needed monogramming services to be done on a few pieces in time for an out of state bridal shower. [Son is getting married!!! :) ] Had less than 5 days before my flight, and Carl & Debbie were able to help me with my rush order at a very reasonable price. Even with a small order like mine, they were able to squeeze me in between the huge ones already in progress. I also must add that Debbie was very patient with me (bless her heart!) as it took me almost an hour to decide on a specific design last week when I first placed my order. With numerous catalogs to thumb thru and designs to choose from, I was undecided but finally locked down on one after changing my mind a couple of times. :) Now with the items in hand on the afternoon promised, I am quite pleased with their work & word! The monogramming and design work looks awesome and is perfect for my son and soon to be daughter in law. I will post pictures of the finished products soon.
