Need to score some points I said... Doghouse. $100 bucks cover it? "No problem". Gorgeous bouquet of cut flowers, beautifully arranged emerged in a few minutes. Still amazing five days later. The store is under new management. I didn't get the new owner's name but the helpers at the front say she has been in the industry for 20 years. It shows and is appreciated.

I told her I wanted some white roses and carnations; she said she had no white roses at the moment, but that some beautiful orange roses had just come in. Beautiful they were! I asked her to use her judgement and put together an arrangement based on those orange roses. The result was beautiful: Sam's sense of colour and design was impeccable. More importantly, she paid as much attention to the little details (like paper and ribbon colours) as to the flowers themselves. I would definitely recommend Petals N Blooms, and would certainly go back again.

My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement when it was delivered. I couldn't believe my eyes! it wasn't nearly as nice or as full as the $45 arrangement. I complained but got a nonsensical response: you really can't tell from that photo, we used nicer flowers and more filler, yada yada... They probably think you'll never know what they sent and that was true in the past. But today with camera phones it's easy to get a photo of the arrangement and know exactly what was sent. Sad to think some businesses will rip off their customers like this. I do not recommend this florist.

I have been absolutely thrilled with every bouquet they have delivered, always different, and fresh! Sometimes the bouquets last almost the entire two weeks until we get the next one. I spoke with the owner this week and he was amazing! The bouquet this past week was the most beautiful one of all. My mom has enjoyed it so much. She even said today that we shouldn't get anymore because nothing with compare to this one. Now, with workshops hosted in big, open spaces like Serenity Florals', the time is well spent and enjoyed by all. Having approached several floral studios for team workshops, Serenity was the first to reply and the most accommodating. The prices were very competitive and although they're located outside the downtown core, it meant plenty of free parking and I found they were also more accommodating than some of the central shops. In addition to instruction and all materials for the grinch trees, Serenity also provided wine and incredible home baked goods (matcha white chocolate chip cookies and red velvet cookies to name a few). I don't know about you, but any place where we have wine and baked goods service is a win for me! The best part about everything is how easygoing Serenity Florals was. After we finished the workshop, we weren't made to feel like we had to rush out or leave. We were able to finish our drinks and chat in their space. Aside from the workshops, they also have a fully functioning flower shop for all floral needs. They even have beautiful local handcrafted cards, teas and soaps. All in all, a fantastic way to spend an afternoon and I can't wait to do another workshop here!

The service is excellent and if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they will custom-make the bouquet of your dreams. Plus I have NEVER seen a flower shop so fantastically organized when it comes to pricing! Every single bouquet, arrangement and plant is clearly priced and displayed beautifully. The prices are insanely reasonable and their arrangements are unique and eye-catching.
