No one said a word -…read moretwo women working- finally I asked about returning a package and said label was in an email- lady gives me a business card and I forward my email and wait- wait and wait- the end of the story is that I emailed it 9 times total and I would have to ask if it made it through after waiting 5 minutes in between. The lack of communication was ridiculous. She told me to go on their WiFi, try emailing from outside, and my phone was the problem. (Suggested after 25 minutes or more) Those suggestions should have been given after the couple of tries. These two gave the worst service I've had in many years.

The local Wichita falls shipping center was supposed to call me back for some reason management wasn't in office at 10:00 a.m. on a Monday. they never called back I was told they lost my number. convenient. nothing like having local staff real people brush you off and tell you to call one of the worst automated systems I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. filed a claim haven't heard anytjing from them either. I'm out $1,000 and the best their employees can say is my manager says call the 1-800 number. the manager that I didn't even get to see face to face.
