This was the worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon…read more I now have yellow hair as they refused to used toner and left me with foils in for nearly 45 mins; their customer service is appalling and they refused to talk to me throughout my time there; I paid for a full head of highlights and only got a half head; they only took a mere 5 mins cutting my hair - unsurprisingly not exactly the best cut I've ever had and to top it all off they blow-dried my hair to make it look so so frizzy that before I left I had to tie my hair into a bun because I was so embarrassed to be seen like it. AWFUL AWFUL place - do not go there! The only nice person is the lovely girl on reception - everyone else is incompetent, rude and lazy. I spent 3 hours plus being pampered and spoilt by the staff and treated with great respect. The service was excellent, the coffees were made prefectly and was seen by three lovely staff members. Megan who did a fantastic job with my hair colour treatment, the two colours were fab, Vicks wash and conditioned my hair and Cloe cut and restyled my very long, thick hair. I was very impressed with the great decor of the salon and the friendly professional atmoshphere. To be honest, I read the review posted on 27/10/13 yesterday and was seriously thinking of cancelling the appointment. I decided to attend and glad I did. I left the salon feeling amazing, my hair was silky and smooth and i will be returning to the salon in the near future. Thank you for making me feel georgous on a raining Friday Sharon
