The "abuse" was me saying I've never experienced movers being late. This also shows he argues and blames instead of taking responsibility

My experience started with receiving a text from Richard at 8:22am (on the day of the move) saying "10 eta" when I was told they'd be at my apartment between 8 and 9am prior. At 9:39am I got another text saying "Will give you eta when heading to your location". I hadn't heard anything half an hour later so I messaged them asking if they were on their way, I had other plans later that day. He texted "15 min eta" then called me to berate me and say I was brave to make plans on moving day. First of all, that was incredibly rude for him to say to me and second I live in a one bedroom apartment with not much stuff to move (giving me plenty of time to do other things that day). He gave me some excuse about equipment being delayed and I told him I understand issues come up, but this was already starting off terrible and not giving me a great impression of his business. He then asked me if he should still come to move my stuff - again, way out of line to be arguing with a customer. They finally got to my place at 10:40am, but said the move start time is 10:30am. I thought, ok, I'm not going to argue about 10 minutes of time even though I am paying by the hour. They loaded up my stuff and took longer than anticipated. I've moved many times before and never experience movers who took so long to move all my stuff out. They offloaded my stuff at the new place then he told me the total. I paid in cash and didn't have exact change. That's when he said, "aren't you going to tip us?" I was appalled he would suggest tipping after being 2.5 hours late, but didn't have a choice since I didn't have exact change. I will never use their services again and implore others looking for a moving company to do what I should've done and gone with Two Men and a Truck.

They contacted me personally. Once, using humans! ( David) and then Al (not Ai but Al as in Albert) guided me through the process making sure I knew everything up front. Moving day came and the team handled my stress and worries so well, being careful with packing my valuables and clothes, meeting me at my cross town destination putting everything away carefully, and shaking my hand at the end, making me feel relief that the whole process was done FAST and FAR cheaper than other services quoted me. I will be using them on my next move! a note: paying directly in cash will save you card fees.

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

When I needed moved 8 miles on a pretty emergent basis (my vehicle that I would have used to move broke down) to a storage unit I was hopeful that I'd receive the same service this time however, I did not. It started with my crew of two movers.. the younger of the two was great but the older man complained immediately about the amount of items they had to move. They were already over an hour late ... and complaining from the jump about the amount of items (which I had disclosed with the company in a phone call beforehand!) Regardless, everything was moved less than carefully. The photos I've posted only reflect a few of the damaged items but the damage to my belongings is so extreme that I honestly had to sit down and cry for an hour before I could even continue sorting through my belongings. The antique items were the most painful... the dining table is worth several thousand dollars and I guess the insurance situation was not properly explained to me... nor was I expecting my items to be so severely damaged. The cane backs to chairs that were PERFECT are so damaged that I don't know how I'm going to even find someone that can restore them to their previous condition. This was an item I had planned to have in my family for even more generations. Things are dented, shattered, dinged, no longer working. I was charged nearly $700 at the end which is WAY more than even discussed prior and the fuel surcharge alone was $90. $90 for 8 MILES!! 8!!!! I didn't realize the extent of the damage until returning to get my belongings the following weekend. We ultimately left my belongings there because finding someone who can repair the cane is probably easier in the Springs than it is where we moved to. This is going to cost a fortune. I'm devastated. I'd use All My Sons again but NOT in the Springs. I should have trusted the reviews and the things people had told me but I had such great experiences using them in Denver that I really didn't even think twice about booking with them. I feel robbed... almost $700 to destroy all my belongings and I'll pay at least that much to have these chairs and table restored now. Use with CAUTION!

I was sent texts to confirm everything and kept updated. I'm getting set to set a date for the move--unfortunately snow's putting it off for a few days--but I love the impression I have of this company so far. I do see the negative reviews, so will follow up as needed, but I believe a lot of time it is negative reviews that get the energy. This company is definitely showing professionalism and compassion.

After breaking my daughter's dresser, his response was just something about it being Temu furniture, which it is not. No apology, no anything. The front door to my house had the hinges ripped out of the door frame from them rushing furniture in and not being careful, and the door frame to my laundry room was damaged the most. They broke the legs off of my new dryer, the paint is now missing off of the side of said dryer, the door frame has paint and chunks of wood missing from them trying to just cram it in instead of taking their time. What's really infuriating is that we tipped them $50 each anyway, then they turned around and lied about what they did when we tried to file a claim about the broken items. ($50+ of what we paid was for "moving protection" and I guess their protection policy is just made up excuses. Their boss claims that we should have spoken up during the walk through, but there was no walk through when they were done. After the mover made the "Temu furniture" comment my husband decided he was over it and told them they could go. The "check out" process was a bit confusing and the mover didn't know how to do it either, so I just went to my email and clicked sign on what he told me to. We literally had just got to our new home when they pulled up and helped unpack the whole time, of course I'm not going to notice all the damages until after they leave. Over all the whole experience has been a joke. Again, nice guys, but no accountability for their mistakes and I'm more upset about them lying than I am them breaking our things.
