My advice to any single mothers out there, BUYER BEWARE... They are very rude to women, judging from how they have been treating me. If I were a man, I'm sure the salesman wouldn't have called me sweetheart and hung up on me, and this issue would have probably been resolved immediately. With this store, if you are unhappy with the bed you bought, you'll be blamed for it, and you will not get your money back or any help at all. They are extremely reluctant to make things right, they do not take any responsibility at all, and will not replace your bed or give you a refund. Basically, it's a done deal. And since your bed is supposed to last 8 to 10 years, you better make sure you buy from a company that stands by their products and will allow you a refund or a replacement. This company doesn't even have their terms and refund policy in writing anywhere - not on their website, not on the receipt you get, and they don't give you any other paperwork besides the receipt - I didn't even get a copy of the Warranty! That's considered fraud, according to the Attorney General's office... Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon so I don't have to hire a lawyer,

We bought our second mattress from Ivan at America's Mattress Store in Sedona on Saturday. We…read morepurchased a beautiful Queen size mattress from that store as we had business in Sedona that morning although we purchased a single mattress a couple weeks ago from the Cottonwood store. Ivan owns both stores, and we were closer to the Red Rocks site. We experienced the same customer attention, quality selection, informed help in decision making, and we asked for same day delivery on Labor Day weekend and received it later that same evening! That is far from the way most furniture, or mattress selling companies do business in this area! We explained the surprise visitors and Ivan helped us out with delivery after hours and that was exceptional on a business day like Saturday, but downright charitable and over the top on a holiday weekend! But that is the kind of quality person and heart of the manager we have come to know from this owner of two mattress stores in the area. He also helped us with an Internet connection question which helped us even further just because that is who this Owner/ Manager is! He has proven himself to go above and beyond for us twice in the last month, helped a senior couple trying to settle in a new area, a new home, and having experienced duplicitous business practices from a furniture vendor in Cottonwood waiting 8 weeks for some furniture to be delivered, same day service is the gold star treatment as far as we're concerned! When I looked up the ratings for the other company, there weren't any RECENT that showed and I know WHY! That gap of 5-7 years should shout about the lack of honesty, service, and frank response that I found in my first dealings with a furniture vendor in Cottonwood. It sent me across the street to the American Mattress store in Cottonwood where I experienced courteous and welcoming salespeople who delivered same day and built slats because the furniture co delivered a single bed and left 3 slats! for a mattress to rest on! American Mattress customized the remained 20 or so to hold the mattress onsite in my driveway the same night the woman in charge of scheduling delivering furniture from that store told me that no matter what the delivery men told me, I could not go to the store today, buy a mattress and they would be back later in the afternoon to deliver it! Her ignorance and lack of salesmanship, her determination to keep the delivery men from trying to help a 70 yr old woman from sleeping on a depleted air mattress another night by helping her with a gift of late delivery provided she purchase a mattress from their sales dept that morning, was mercilessly put down to "delivery personnel may never schedule deliveries because I am in charge of setting any and all appts and you are not going to be on today's!" So I walked OUT on negativity and positively drove across the street to spend my first thousand something on a pillow top single from American Mattress! That's when I experienced Ivan's charity and service and same day service and my first blessed sleep on a bed in the new house! There are businesses you support because you feel good about giving your money to hard working dependable owners who see you as more than just a one time SALE. They understand that you treat someone with kindness and respect they will do business with you more than once, acclaim their experience with you, appreciate the product you sell. Sleep is no joke at any age- it is how we restore our systems- every single one that keeps us alive. You don't deny another their rest because it isn't on your schedule, where I come from. You help, you try to find a way to connect with their dilemma if you possibly can use the resources you are in charge of, because kindness rebounds in so many forms and so does ignorance and spite. There went $7,000 to a competitor and all future furniture sales from a new citizen of Cornville. She can control the Schedule and I will forever control my purse strings and spread the word about the small person who is in charge of scheduling deliveries at a furniture store I have dealt with in Cottonwood that I recommend you stay out of. It has been 7 weeks since I bought a dresser off the floor and the legs broke off on the stationing of it in the delivery truck when the bed was delivered a couple weeks ago. Kim also owns Affordable Fine Furniture Outlet, which is relatively small but very close by and on the same street. We were so happy with our Ashley couch and recliner that we bought from Kim, so we went here for our mattress. We bought a bed-in-the-box Sierra Sleep mattress by Ashley. We decided on a hybrid 13" firm mattress with pillow top (king size for $799, which is cheaper than buying from Ashley directly). So much better than buying a mattress online since you can try everything out and compare easily. We took our time, and the Ashley mattresses felt as comfortable to us as higher-priced brands.
