The couch has thread sticking out everywhere and the couch and chair are full of pilling. The, what we thought was going to be a, luxurious leather recliner turned out to be a nightmare. The chair is actually hurting my 95 Y/O mother's hip and spine. Had placed many calls in the beginning, had many service calls to fix, 2 years later, our 200.00 recliners are still way better than our 2,000.00 plus chair we bought from IDZIOR!!! Don't be surprised if there is a leather recliner in your parking lot Idzior. He was super friendly, honest, was there when we needed him and gave us space when we needed to think about things. We set up a delivery and the gentlemen who came were Zeke and Carlos. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house.
