My bosses requested that I hire a local company for graphics on our plain company trucks…read more I went with Awesome Graphics out of Hobbs, NM, and am mostly pleased with the results. They offer... + screen printed & embroidered apparel + custom signs + banners + promotional products (including koozies, drink ware, pet gear, & much more) + printed & cut vinyl decals & stickers. My first step back in Januaray 2023 was to gather information about the whole process. I didn't pick up where I left off until July. The graphic designer, Brittany, was friendly and easy to work with. At the time, I didn't know what questions I needed answers to as this was the first project of this kind that I had ever worked on. We wanted decals on the back passenger windows that would allow one to see out of the vehicles from inside. We also needed my office/mobile phone number on the back end sides of each truck. Additionally, each truck needed its unit number on the tail gate. The design looks good. The actual vinyl on the window is good until you get up close then you can see jagged cuts around the edges. I'm not too concerned about it though unless it starts peeling. All of the proofs were approved or declined through email. The program they use for this is mostly user-friendly. Our small business currently has a fleet of only 4 work trucks, but we also have several closed and open trailers that may potentially need graphics in the future. Half of the estimate was due at the time of signing the work contract. The other half is due after the order is complete. They accept checks, plastic cards, and online payments. The other staff member & the owner - Tonya & Lauren - have been great to work with, accommodating our crazy schedule including the missed appointment one of my bosses had when he fell ill with the flu. The only concerns I have are 1) that some of the window vinyl has bubbles in them still and 2) they duplicated one of the unit numbers are the back of two trucks even though the proofs showed them correctly. I let them know about this and there still has been no communication about this in over a week. TIPS + free quotes + lead time is 2+ weeks

Driving by and noticed this unassuming Plant shop. Walking in I was greeted by Travis. He is Very…read moreknowledgeable and was patient with any questions I had. They had a wide variety of rare succulents, cacti and some basic house plants. Very unique plant shop as you can pick up full grown cactus to succulent propagation leaves. Have questions about soil or why your current plant is in bad health? Don't worry, they have answers for that. Need to make a custom bag of soil? That's also handled. I picked up some great plants and will be returning to this local shop in the near future.
