I said that fixing this panel was my priority and that later I would get other areas fixed and painted. Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. They explained my options and also heard what my needs were and allowed me to to make the decision. I ended up paying for the repair which sped the process up. I was called as soon as the part was in and was able to get the car in to finish the repair fast and efficient which was what I needed. The repair took less time than I was told. He recommended that I get the heater looked at by my mechanic before scheduling the muffler repair. I did and I was told that there was an air pocket in the antifreeze hose. He kind of thought that was the issue, but played it safe as I did and had the heater looked at to be on the safe side. I was quoted an hour for the replacement when it only took 30 minutes. I was thrilled that it didn't take as long and the cost was reasonable.

My car was very dirty going in, including a large amount of crumbs and dog hair from our large shedding dog. When we picked up the car, it was completely spotless- not a single strand of dog hair left in the vehicle. It looked brand new.
