At this Kal…read moreTire, Joe helped me work around my budget, while still making sure the important issues get fixed. I was lucky to have senior mechanic Ryan working on my rust bucket aswell. I got a diagnostic, and the next day was able to get the spark plugs and distributor cap replaced among other fixes. Ryan noticed that there is also a problem with the cylinders, and pulled a few other mechanics to try and resolve it. Ultimately I need another through test. Although shes still running rough, i'm glad to see the hard work this team put into helping me out. thank you all, i'll see you again soon

Joe also took it upon himself to check inventory at all stores, and didn't just give up and tell us to call another store. The team at the shop was just as friendly and their efficiency allowed us to get on the road early enough to enjoy the rest of our weekend road trip. He recommended that I get the heater looked at by my mechanic before scheduling the muffler repair. I did and I was told that there was an air pocket in the antifreeze hose. He kind of thought that was the issue, but played it safe as I did and had the heater looked at to be on the safe side. I was quoted an hour for the replacement when it only took 30 minutes. I was thrilled that it didn't take as long and the cost was reasonable.
