The inspection was timely and pleasant. The inspection report came in very thorough with great descriptions and photos with very accurate price estimates and fantastic products to choose from. They offered to help with any negotiations with insurance companies and with the sellers of the home we were trying to purchase. It helped tremendously and we were able to purchase our home and we decided to go ahead and get a new roof upon closing on the house. The experience was wonderful. Hartland corp was very accommodating with our schedule, very professional, efficient, and the roof looks beautiful and works like a charm. The quality and color fo the shingles are fantasti, the warranty programs are great and our HOA was very happy to approve the work and with the results. 100% recommend Stephen Edwards and his crew! Countryside Roofing replaced my roof in December 2021. July of 2023 (less than two years later) my…read moreflashing was coming up off of the roof. The roof had come with a 5 year workmanship warranty. I could not get a hold of Countryside Roofing and I had an independent roofer try to nail it back down although he couldn't. He took pictures for me and the flashing installed by Countryside Roofing was not sealed and was leaking water and the sheathing underneath the singles was too soft for nails to stick which indicates it is probably rotted. I called and finally got a hold of Eric of Countryside Roofing and he had me text him the pictures and told me someone would look at it. Did not hear from him until I called back in August. He told me someone again would look at it. No one came. I have called and called and left message after message with no response. It has been months with no contact from Countryside Roofing. Seems to be another fly by night roofing company that does not honor their warranty.

I am forced to look for another roofing company and that is fine as I would not use those guys again or recommend them knowing due to my previous recommendation they changed my neighbor's roof and did repair work on other houses. I strongly recommend when considering Countryside Roofing get some assurance they will honor their warranty and do your homework and get some serious reference when it comes to warranty or even just repair work. I was referred to Five Point roofing when a raccoon ate a hole through my roof. They came out…read moreright away and did a great job repairing the damage; adding new decking, a vent and were even able to match the shingles almost exactly. After the repair, they pointed out some serious hail damage to me and ultimately the roof needed to be replaced. They scheduled the job for the following week, showed up on the scheduled day and time and finished the whole roof in one day. The entire crew (6 guys) were all very professional, courteous and cleaned up everything after they finished. You could hardly tell they were there. The roof looks great!
