Jesse came out soon after I called and we walked through exactly what she wanted, as we were doing the entire interior - walls, trim, closets, etc. We had a firm quote that evening and we set a date for the job. The day the job was to start, Jesse and his crew were on time and they walked through the entire job. The first day was prep, which made me very happy. They laid down paper, plastic, and taped anywhere they needed. Very professional and conscious of doing it right. The job took 4 days, which was about a day faster than they planned. They cleaned up and removed every bit of their paper, plastic and tape when they were done. Then Jesse asked me to meet for a walk through. Over my work career, we were transferred many, many times. We had I need to hire painters in 7 different states during those moves. I dont make this statement lightly, but this was truly the best painting job we have ever had done. I did the walk through with a roll of blue tape to mark what needed to be touched up. I didnt tear off a single piece. The job was flawless! Literally nothing to correct! We hired Decorative-OPS Concrete March 2025 to re-surface our patio. We were very pleased but…read morenoticed as time went on we were seeing white spots where the color came off due to them missing sealant in those spots. Contacted Austin in late December. I had written a review on FB in December due to being able to reach him and that resulted in him contacting me and requested I remove the review, which I did. He came to look at the patio in February. Mentioned he would be starting the business back up in March. March has come and gone and not a word. The FB page no longer exists as of this morning after I tried to contact him thru it and he is not responding to text msgs, etc. Not responding to any of my communications. There is a 3 year warranty on the patio that we paid $3,800 to have re-surfaced. Thinking he's out of business but non-response is not acceptable.
