    This company was assigned to repair my oven by my HWS. After, not hearing from the company after 72…read morehours I attempted to call them several times to schedule the appt. 2 weeks later the technician came out and "repaired" the oven. The exact same day the oven stopped working again. I contacted the company immediately regarding this and left numerous v/m and txt messages. After not getting a response I reached back out to my HWS and they attempted to call the vendor and was unsuccessful on several attempts. I was finally able to reach someone and the recall appt was made for 10/19 no time was given which is fine cause I work from home. At 1:45pm I called the vendor and spoke with the "owner" because no one had showed up. She told me the technician was having a terrible day and was running behind. At 2:40 my husband came home and said there was a card in the door from the vendor. I was livid because no one knocked on the door or called. After talking to my neighbor, we learned the technician stuck the card in the door and left. Again, I called and spoke with the owner and was told that she would put me on the schedule for the following day 10/20. She also mentioned that the technician was working late and if he were able would come back by. It was already after 5:30pm when we had this conversation. At 7pm we got tired of waiting and decided to use the stove top to make dinner. 10/20 the technician never showed up. I called and spoke with "owner" and was told that the technician stated, he wasn't coming out because he came out 2x on 10/19 but also told me that I was not the only person missed that day. I'm not sure who's being dishonest the technician or the owner. I find it strange that no phone calls were ever made by the technician to say he was on the way or that he arrived. But okay, 10/26 appt made for technician to come out and again no one showed up. 10/26 HWS spoke with vendor and was told someone was coming out that day, again no one showed up. 10/29 HWS transferred me to another vendor after not having an oven for greater than 1 month. This company is deplorable with terrible customer service and dishonest staff. DON'T USE...

    Their customer service is terrible. They DO NOT answer the phone and do not follow up with text…read moremessages (they request you text). It's been a month and our stove has not been repaired. We go through home warranty and the ONLY thing they have to do is edit an incorrect report sent in by them! Please don't waste your time, money, or energy on this place. If I could give zero stars I would!

The technician said that he did not…read moresee that there is a problem, but was chipping the ice from around the inside of the ice maker.... When I bought it, the fridge didn't come with ice around the inside of ice maker.... So, that is a problem!! I don't want water dripping from ice maker and I did not request of it.. Inside my fridge is a lake of water which has frozen under the bottom tray. See the towels that I have soaking up the water? What a mess! My frozen yogurt isn't firm! This is my third (3rd) request for the same problem. Will someone please send me professional help?!

    I am totally dissatisfied with Sears Home Services and Sears protection. Contracted A&E Technician…read moretold me when I was instructed to tell him to leave service order open that he wouldn't and that I would not be getting a replacement refrigerator. I am unclear on all of this as I have Resolution filed with escalation department with Sears Protection and have not received email to that affect. Escalation department has supposedly shared all of the history under the comments with technician but I am being judged for this particular phone call and not taking history or Sears Protection case in to consideration. This is a contracted technician from A&E via Sears Home Service. It is the technician's responsibility to listen to the customer and call supervisor if there are questions or out of the ordinary circumstances and not to tell me something he knows nothing about. Apparently Sears Home Services, Sears Protection Services, and their contract technicians do not know what is going on and are trying to make people give up and spend another1500 in getting a new refrigerator to replace one bought in 2022 and didn't work for 4-6 weeks in 2023 and is now not working again(week 4). My suggestion would be not to buy anything from Sears including their protection plan because it is not worth the money, hassle, and paper it is written on. #lemon it is a Whirlpool refrigerator via Sears Case number for lemon clause 7810798 due to the history of repairs in 2023 and refrigerator was just purchased in 2022.
