After calling back he agreed to meet us to look at the damage, The driver and owner met us out at the drop off location looked at the damage the tire marks in the woods and told the driver to get in the car to leave. my brother asked for his insurance information to file and claim and he refused to give us any information. we trusted this company to safely and carefully tow the truck and they left us with thousands of dollars worth of damage to fix.

My son and I rode along with the driver, Chris, who was incredibly professional and considerate the entire way. He explained things clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and even helped me jump the battery once we arrived--which was an extra hassle for him, but a huge help for me.
