I live in Columbus, Ohio but my family has used Boyer Funeral Home for my mother and father in-law's funeral services. Being from a large city, one would expect the big city funeral homes to offer a more comfortable environment, greater services, nicer facilities, etc. than could be offered from a small town funeral home. This is not the case. Boyer offers a first class facility and first class attention to detail. When my sister passed away 5 years ago we used a local funeral home in Westerville, Ohio and I was very disappointed in the treatment and quality of service my family received in comparison to Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio. I only wish I could have had Boyer in Westerville for that service. I would have been way more comfortable having these folks handle her arrangements instead of having regrets over a second class environment. Dave Boyer and Greg Boyer have been so amazingly attentive to the needs of our family during a very difficult time. The chapel is warm and inviting. The people are friendly and helpful. They actually care about you, and not just their bottom line.
