They do not maintain the upkeep of the grounds, apartments, or facilities, but they sure do want your money on time every month. Making threats, emailing, calling, etc. Don't try calling the front desk to complain about anything either... All they do is send you to an AI generated answering center with a computer named "Hunter." Complete lack of accountability and do not care about their residents and their needs at all. My daughter moved in on August 19th, and to this day her bathtub is still unusable because of a busted overflow plate connection that management refuses to fix. Their corporate entity, The Cardinal Group, is completely unresponsive and dismissive. I filed multiple complaints with their so-called Regional Manager, Haylee, who has done nothing but send empty emails full of excuses. She refuses to have a direct conversation and instead hides behind canned responses. I've already filed complaints with the BBB and the Montana Department of Revenue Building Division. Next steps: filing with the Bozeman Health Department and pursuing them in small claims court. Bottom line: this is a company that takes your money but delivers filthy, unsafe apartments and zero accountability. Parents -- beware.

My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles and decided to rent a place while trying to find a realtor. Over the course of several months we had several realtor recommendations but they didn't work out. We were beginning to feel like agents didn't care about what we wanted but saw us more as a big, fat, blank check, until Dianne. We met Dianne after we had just started going to open houses by ourselves having thrown in the towel with realtors when our current realtor stopped contacting us with any houses not completely over our range. Dianne was showing an open house and saw us wandering and asked us about what we actually wanted, what we wanted to spend (instead of our max spend was) and was willing to tell us when her listing was not the one. We told her how frustrated we had been and how we had been told we should go to our max budget because the range we wanted to stay-in was too competitive, she asked us to give her one day and she'd send us some listings. Within 24 hours we has had a list of places. We looked at 20+ places of the course of several weeks, with Dianne giving us great advise on if the house was in a good rental area, what the builders reputation was, she even held our baby so that my husband and I could explore houses without having our hands tied. In a shockingly selfless move, she talked us out of lifting our range when we still hadn't found "the one." This week we found our perfect home and she gave us excellent council on what deal to offer and we got approval within 24 hours. With Dianne we had the ideal realtor experience (Just like the ones you see on HGTv but seem too good to be true) I'd recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home, buy a family home, investment piece or someone who has been burned by the home shopping experience in the past.
