There's a lack of communication from their front desk. Never no follow up and there was a time where the office was closed but no one called to notify me. I went the day of my appointment and there was a note on the door stating that the office was closed. Also Dr. Kody is no longer there as he opened his own office. He's attentive and asks the right questions to ensure if his clients feel better after an adjustment. I recommend him! read more

I've Seen Dr. Kathleen for a few years now. Sometimes I fall off the schedule and every time I come back she takes the time to sit down and reevaluate what's going on with me. I'm what I call a hard adjustment, I tense up and get some chronic nagging stuff that makes it harder for me to relax. This last time I returned in 2023 they started coming at me with some heat and massage prior to adjustments. I appreciate the extra attention and I'm beginning to experience some really positive results. I just need to remember to stay consistent with visits and can hopefully get on like a monthly maintenance. She's the only doctor there now but I have zero issues with scheduling and she's pretty efficient with patients going from room to room. I don't ever wait long for her to return. They also work with all forms of payment including insurance which benefits me. I get that ins can be a pain to deal with so I really appreciate that this office stays dedicated to to accepting all forms of payments and making it affordable for all. Her staff is always very cheerful, helpful and attentive which is also nice. That's a rarity these days. They must like their boss is my guess. read more

Went to this office over a month. After a month Dr said I needed an assessment for the next visit. Scheduled my next appointment. Arrived to appointment got adjusted and again Dr said next appointment would be assessment and adjustment. Arrived again got my adjustment. Dr was walking out of room I asked if the assessment was going to be performed. Dr said it was not on her schedule and an assessment took longer than a normal adjustment appointment. So Dr asked staff to schedule assessment again. I don't feel like taking chance for the 3rd time that assessment doesn't get done. I know I need assessment to know if I should not be going as often or if I need to be seem more often for adjustments. Explained to office why I was canceling my appointment they didn't think it was a big deal. Well I do. So I will not be returning. read more

First of all; I have never been to a chiropractor before, so this was all new to me. I "tweaked" my back at home and was in a lot of pain. I could barely get up out of a chair. A coworker recommended Bozzo chiropractic so first thing Monday I called. I did not expect a same day appointment, but when I told the receptionist I was in a lot of pain she put me on hold to see what Dr. Kathleen could do for me. They were able to fit me in. I saw Dr. Cody. (I hope I'm saying his name right!) The first question he asked me was had I ever been to a chiropractor before. When I said no, he explained everything to expect in detail. When I described where the pain was & how I had done it, he put me through assuming different positions & told me to stop the minute I felt pain. All the while taking notes. After doing that, he told me what he thought had happened & what the plan of care he recommended was. He also gave me stretches that he recommended to ease pain. But the best part; especially for an uncoordinated woman like me, was he demonstrated the stretch first then had me do it in front of him so he could make sure I was doing it appropriately. I have had a follow up appointment & will be going 2-3 times a week as my plan of care. While I am still in pain & can't do certain things, I am back to doing most things & my pain has decreased. Not once was I offered narcotics to control my pain. Which showed me they genuinely cared about treating/healing the injury. Not just covering it up with narcotics. Even though this is my first experience with a chiropractor, I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you for helping me! read more

Usually quick to get an appt. Front desk staff is ok, but do not seem cheerful or friendly. It's clean and tidy. Lots to read. They accept Medicare. I have been a fan, but MY RATING IS BASED LARGELY ON THE LAST VISIT - I've had a few treatments from both Drs (it's a husband/wife office). Usually it has helped. This last time, I went in for lower back... and after the second treatment I was better, but she cracked my neck and it started bothering me within hours. A month plus later and my back is still a little iffy and the neck is worrying me. I called Dr Bozzo, but she indicated I must have had the problem before. I plan to go my reg dr for recommendations, but am very worried about ever letting another chiropractor touch my neck. read more

When I came into the office, I was in excruciating lower back pain. The first month I didnt see much result with the treatments, luckily, I stuck in there. The second month we switched up treatment, and I verly slowly had less and less pain until the pain was gone. Both Doctors are super friendly. Staff is friendly as well; I honestly like that some mornings they werent super chatty. The office worked with my student budget to make sure I got the care I needed. I have been going to Bozzo Chiropractic over 20 years now. They are very professional while still being able to be very a very personal oriented group. I cannot tell you how many times, I've woke up and could not move and right away, an appointment was scheduled. I'm a cancer patient and you have days like that....again, they are always there for you and in little time, I'm able to walk and feel better again. Couple that with the great warmth of the office staff, it's hard to do it any better than Dr. Kathy and Dr. Vince. I received treatment years ago in this place. It was not a good fit for me. I don't remember why I paid as a cash patient, being I had health insurance, go figure. I just wanted to get better from my low back problems. I remember on one occasion, while at work, I must of made an odd movement or twisted in a weird way, but it through off my back. I was in a lot of pain and could barely move. I called this office to see if I could be seen, and was told they could not see me that day... The treatment I was given here was not useful for me. They used a computer which color coded the different areas of the body, and supposedly showed the progress on the screen. They might have been very high tech chiropractors, but I need and benefit much more from manual adjustments. I love my current chiropractor. He's knowledgable, caring, does manual adjustments and will see me even on a Saturday if necessary. read more

This office is awesome! The Staff is super helpful and sweet and the Doctors are amazing! I get severe headaches and Dr Kathleen adjusts my neck and they are gone instantly. They are always quick to get me in even without an appointment. I highly recommend this office. They are very good with children as well. I have been taking my children since they were newborns.
