As I pulled in to the wash pay station for what I hoped would be a single quick convenient wash on my way home from work on a Friday afternoon, my car was approached and halted by a teenage employee. She proceeded to insist I buy a package. I politely said no "not interested" three times, but still she persisted, leaning in closer to my window. At this point she got aggressive asking, "where do you live?" and I told her she was pushing too hard & I was leaving. She refused to tell me her first name when I asked (so I could reference her to management) finally backing off & saying, "it don't matter". As I reversed my car to exit, she began filming me on her cell phone. The other attendant yelled "then go somewhere else!" as they both laughed and stuck their tongues out with hand gestures. The hassle and harassment at this location is disturbing. Avoid it.

They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. They charged me HUNDREDS under what I was quoted elsewhere, and were able to get the job done in a few hours. I have brought by car back to them for every fix up since.

The area is tiny and they have one singular chair to sit in while you wait. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I used to frequent this gas station location when I worked in the area. I recently visited and…read morenoticed they are now under the Clark name, versus the prior, Amstar. I've always found the location to be well lit, clean, and reasonable priced gas for the location. They are typically cheaper than the other gas stations in the area. They have contactless pay at the pump, which I love. The window cleaner and paper towels are always stocked as well. An air pump for tires and vacuum is also available for a small fee and use on site.

I Went in and talked to the store clerk who spoke very bad English could hardly understand her, basically told me that they weren't going to refund me - a paying customer- because they don't keep track of the transactions..... What kind of business doesn't keep track of its transactions???? Basically they are thieves. They lost my business and I encourage everyone to use the BP gas station across the street. Terrible customer service at this mobile station. I have contacted the better Business bureau and am debating on filing a police report for theft.

I opened my window and told him that I made a mistake. He yelled "I'm tired." I said "so an I," backed out of the car wash, and demanded a refund. I have loyally/weekly gone to this station since moving to this city five years ago. But this experience in the car wash with my wife made her feel incredibly unsafe. I highly recommend going to Kwik trip right around the corner on HY 100 and Lincoln, better food and way better staff. They are always happy to grab any or a 100 lottery tickets.
