I've always found the location to be well lit, clean, and reasonable priced gas for the location. They are typically cheaper than the other gas stations in the area. They have contactless pay at the pump, which I love. The window cleaner and paper towels are always stocked as well. An air pump for tires and vacuum is also available for a small fee and use on site.

This lady has black hair, she is older and definitely should not be a cashier. Most cashiers ask for your rewards card. She just rang up the bag of ice i set on the counter. I thought that was rude. Her facial expressions where not for someone who deals with the public. I have an amputated thumb less than 2 weeks ago. When she was rude to me I asked her if she could put the 7lb ice in a bag for me. She says yes I guess I can? Then she drops the bag on the counter. I asked her mam you did not need to drop it. She says it is heavy. I show her my thumb which is an open wound. She says to me don't give me an attitude? I said give you an attitude? Mam keep the change I will never stop back. This is the second employee that treated me like dirt. The last one was a 3rd shift employee. I rarely stop at this location. This store is quick bring them in and push them out. I so miss Speedway that used to be on Sunset Dr and Hwy 164 / 59. Stay away from this store if you are a senior. Because it don't matter, get them in get them and get the out is what this location does. Very poor management for the weekend crew or second or third shift. I told he keep the change you must need it. I hope she does not have a dog. If she does, I do know what the poor dog goes through. This lady I never seen there before. Yet this lady to me and my opinion is a very dangerous person. She may of had a bad night. Yet this is the type of person who could bring a gun to work and shoot every body there. Beware of her.

The place is very clean and has a more modern feel than most other gas stations. I also noticed the Krispy Kreme doughnuts for sale next to the coffee machines... nice choice. The gas prices make me so peeved that I generally try to line up my fillups with when I will be in Milwaukee (I commute) as it is often up to 25 cents less per gallon. When I must fill up in West Bend, I only put enough in to get me back to Milwaukee. I would recommend people do the same, especially if you live or work out of town. If you go down Paradise Road a bit more, there are other cheaper options at the next round about.

I ran the pump which had signed in and confirmed my loyalty discount at .10 a gallon for regular gas. I only use regular in my car. I filled up over 16 gallons and looked at the price of $71.44 !!! Shocked I discussed with Wally at counter, he said nothing he can do. You must've hit the wrong buttons. Come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. So I did. He said maybe the hose hit the premium button when you dragged it to the car? That happens sometimes. I said no... the pump confirmed my loyalty discount at $3.39 a gallon and THEN I filled up. He said well there's nothing I can do... you got premium gas and we can't take it out of the tank. Wish I could do more! I said I am not the guy that wants to screw you out of 17.00 in gas money, you have a glitch on pump 5. I won't be coming back to this station because you don't seem to mind screwing me for that $17.00 gas money. Anyone else have this happen to them at this station? I mean, a small gesture of acknowledgement that I was telling the truth could have changed the outcome here. But my weekly fills at that station have come to a final and screeching halt.
