The store was clean, everything was well stocked, and even with plenty of people coming through, the service was fast and organized. That's one thing I like about Buc-ee's. They can be extremely busy but somehow keep everything moving. I got the North Carolina BBQ sandwich, and I loved it. My wife enjoyed hers too. The food is one of the main reasons we stop at Buc-ee's instead of a regular gas station. There are so many options, and I really like seeing the new food and snack choices they continue to put out. Every time we stop, it seems like there is something different to try. The selection of Buc-ee's snacks, popcorn, crackers, jerky, sweets, and other items makes it hard to walk out with only what you came in for. Another thing I love is the cheap fountain drinks. When you're traveling and making several stops along the way, it's nice being able to grab a big drink without paying ridiculous prices. Of course, the bathrooms are another huge plus. They were clean and well maintained, which is something Buc-ee's has built its reputation on and one of the reasons it makes such a good road trip stop. Plenty of gas pumps, clean facilities, good food, tons of snacks, quick service, and just about anything you could need while traveling. Buc-ee's is more than a gas stop for us. It's usually part of the road trip. We'll definitely continue stopping whenever there's one along our route.

So I reserved another one, and there was literally nobody ahead of me. It's 9 AM now and I'm still waiting. What the fuck is wrong with these people? Just so you know, they're stealing your shower credits. Keep an eye on your credits because they can disappear without any explanation.

There may have been other meats involved, maybe even "all" meats but the wrap was stuffed so full of eggs and potatoes that you really couldn't taste any meat. The tortilla was too big and both ends were simply a mouthful of bread. The counter service was fast and friendly, we got exactly what we asked for, no problem there... In my neck of the woods, they don't have boiled peanuts very often, especially Cajun style. I jumped at the chance to fill up my own bowl with peanuts and seal it up with an ill-fitting lid. The peanuts ended up spilling all over the floorboards of the car, giving it a peanutty cajun scent. Mmmm. The clerk here was nice- I bought some Coca-Cola, and she reminded me that I should grab a 2nd one, since they were offering a generous BOGO deal. I also came away with a couple bundles of firewood, which was cheaper to get here than waiting until I entered the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which this convenience store is conveniently located outside of. Gas was sufficient, and cheaper than we were used to paying for some of the ride. The restrooms were cramped and dirty. They don't let you use it unless you're a customer.
