After several hours on the road, Buc-ee's was exactly the monotony breaker we needed. It's much more than a gas station or convenience store--it's a destination in itself. We found ourselves wandering the aisles much longer than we planned, and honestly, that was part of the fun. The entire establishment was exceptionally clean and well organized despite the steady stream of travelers. The staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and kept everything moving efficiently. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the restrooms. They were spotless and among the cleanest I've ever seen at a travel stop. After hours on the road, that's something travelers genuinely appreciate. We stocked up on road-trip essentials, grabbed a few snacks and souvenirs, and headed back onto the highway feeling refreshed for the final stretch to Bristol. Buc-ee's isn't just a place to fuel your vehicle--it's a place to recharge yourself. Highly recommended, and I'll happily stop at another Buc-ee's whenever I get the chance. read more

Gotta love a good Buc-ee's visit! This location in Crossville is a perfect midpoint between Nashville and the Smokies and is conveniently located right off I-40, making it an easy stop whether you're heading east or west across Tennessee. I always wonder how long the line will be, but I was able to get in and out quickly both times I stopped this weekend. I primarily came for the reduced gas prices, clean restrooms, and great snacks, but the friendly staff are always a bonus. This trip I fell in love with the Cherry Maple Beef Jerky as it's sweet and savory without being overly sweet, and the texture isn't too tough. I also really enjoyed the peach tea! If you're making the drive between Middle and East Tennessee, this Buc-ee's is definitely worth the stop. read more

It's Buc-ee's. At this point, reviewing Buc-ee's feels a little like reviewing Disney World. You already know what you're getting into. A road trip stop somehow turns into a shopping expedition. We stopped at the Crossville location on our way to Nashville and accomplished the essentials: Glazed pecans. Barbecue. A case of water. Road snacks we probably didn't need but somehow couldn't live without. Mission accomplished. Now, compared to some of the giant Buc-ee's locations, this one feels a little smaller. It's still enormous by normal gas station standards, but in the Buc-ee's universe, it's more of a midsize SUV than a monster truck. One disappointment was that the fried chicken and burritos weren't being served during our visit. That's like showing up to a baseball game and finding out the home team has the day off. Still, it's hard to be too critical. The store was clean. The selection was huge. The bathrooms were spotless, as expected. And somehow I walked in for gas and left with enough snacks to survive a minor natural disaster. That's the Buc-ee's experience. Four stars. Because even a smaller Buc-ee's is still better than about 99% of the gas stations you'll find on the road. read more

I finally made it to Buc-ee's ya'll !!!! While driving back from Nashville, I passed the Crossville Exit sign and had to stop in to pick up a brisket sandwich for the road. I arrived before 11:30 am which was perfect timing ! The store was bustling with visitors. I picked up a souvenir Tee shirt, Candied Pecans, my daughter grabbed tater tots and a brisket sandwich as well. Customer service was quick and friendly. I stuck to a budget and did not go overboard. The brisket was Devine !!!!!! Moist, smoked flavor, TENDER !!!!!! The Pecans were so good I couldn't stop eating them. I regret not grabbing 2 more brisket sandwiches ! I'm looking forward to the Grand Opening of the North Carolina location in Mebane. We need it !!!!! read more

Our first time to any Buc-ee's - so exciting!!! Doc said wait til we get to Luling, Texas for the biggest one. My Yelp Elite friend Terry K told me about the beef jerky- I saw it. Even flavored pork rinds. We were only there to fill gas and use the restrooms but I wanted to niele( be nosey) and look at all their merchandise. I was able to check out only perhaps 1/3 of the store. The hype is REAL! How cool that there were so many bathroom stalls lit up in red or green if in server vacant. Just as many or more gas pumps. So clean. They even had colorful coolers, Easter t shirts for kiddies, my eyes were darting back and forth each row I passed to take it all in. read more

I LOVED BUC-EE's! This was our first experience! Wow!!! So much to look at, it's insane. Anything and everything you could think of with the beaver on it -- it's hilarious! Prices were good! So many beautiful home good things, I wanted to take everything home!!! So clean and organized, the employees were so nice. The bathrooms were huge and immaculate. The BBQ. DAYUM. So delish!!! I loved my brisket sandwich. They're known for their fudge and it didn't disappoint. We bought candy, jerky, pudding, sandwiches, sodas and lots and lots of souvenirs. I stop at Buc-ee's to specifically pick up pickled quail eggs and candied jalapeños when my home pantry stockpile has been depleted. I enjoy placing quail eggs on my salads. I enjoy a good cracker with a schmear of soft cheese and a few artfully placed slices of the candied jalapeños. Heavenly! It's the simple things in life that make it worthwhile. :) I've occasionally purchased other products (special shoutout to sliced brisket sandwich, fudge, and German roasted nuts), used the restrooms (cleaner than a hospital room), gassed up the vehicle (amazing amount of pumps), and let my dog use the pet relief area (5-star setup!) and appreciate all of these features. Since I've retired in November I've been doing my share of traveling. I've hit several Buc-ee's in many states to include Texas , South Carolina , and Tennessee. As usual the place is clean , full of everything to buy to include shirts , decorations , cups , team wear , hot sauces , jellies , salsas , chips , fountain drinks and other drinks , and of course the hot foods like brisket sandwiches and the coated nuts. I got the coated pecans this time and they were delicious. I also got the 3 meat sandwich with brisket , turkey , and sausage. It was good , but I liked the Club Melt better I got in South Carolina. It is turkey , bacon , ham , cheddar cheese , and a spicy mayo with sun dried tomato pesto. The pulled pork sandwich is okay too and I've had the brisket sandwich when coming through Texas. I took my sister and niece to the one in Florence , South Carolina because they had never been to one and they live in North Carolina. They were amazed and bought lots of items. This location was pretty busy , but the one in South Carolina was the busiest one I've been to and it's not even beach season yet with everyone heading to Myrtle Beach. Of course lots of gas pumps and clean restrooms for your stops on the long drives. I will continue to hit these whenever I can. read more

Of course this place is always amazing!!! You can go in the store and literally find everything that you could ever imagine. They have so many great varieties of food choices from brisket sandwiches to bacon egg and cheese, breakfast sandwiches, Beaver nuggets and so much more. Don't forget to stop by the exclusive drink machines along with making ice or hot coffee bar. You won't be disappointed exploring in Buc-ee's but keep in mind they're doing specialize holiday seasons it can get very very crowded, but it still will be an adventure and they have plenty of lines open to get you in and out. read more

I am sad and shocked at this Bucees. I hate to write this but of the four that we went to while driving across country this was the worst. The bathrooms were dirty! I was shocked. Even my daughter said something when we got to the car. I got a sandwich and there was too much bread for the turkey and cheese they put on it. I will stick with my brisket sandwich in the future. * Fan of Buc-ee's help -yourself, drink area. They have so many options to flavor coffee and lots of cream soda options at the soda fountains. When I'm in the mood for coffee, I like being able to choose from the variety of creamers and syrups to make it any flavor. My favorite cream soda flavor is Pineapple. It seems to be my go-to every time. My daughter likes trying them all. * Buc-ee's fudge is really good! I always buy it on the way to Gatlinburg, so I won't be tempted to buy it there. Fudge is one of those staples you have to have when you visit Gatlinburg, so I stock up here. Buc-ee's has unique flavor options, but i go with some typical flavors that are my favorite (Salted Caramel & Praline. ) If I'm just eating the fudge by myself, I refrain from getting more pieces. But, if I'm sharing with others, I get their box deal because you buy 4, get 2 free. Buc-ee's fudge is made in-house. It's so creamy and fresh. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than the shops on the strip of Gatlinburg. * The Buc-ee's chips should be called burnt chips. I don't know what's happened. I wonder if they've upped the setting, or they just don't give a d****! The house-made chips used to be served in little bags where I could view if they were overcooked or just right to my liking. Now, they serve them in closed, bigger boxes at higher prices. I get the impression they are hiding the overcooked, burnt chips because they would lose sales, if not. Most people don't want those vs the mildly crispy, whitish ones they used to serve (which I miss a lot!) I've gone from getting them every time I go to Bucee's to not getting them at all. I purchase the chips in a bag (manufactured at the plant.) Speaking of manufactured chips, Buc-ee's has some that are different from the norm and very tasty. My favorite is the kettle cooked Bold 'N Blended. They are salt and Vinegar/Barbecue/Onion/Garlic for a combined flavor. Yum, yum! * Yay, Buc-ee's is finally serving brisket sandwiches without the sauce. Some people, like me and my husband, don't want the barbque sauce saturating the bun and making it soggy. Glad they now have the plain sandwiches and sandwiches with sauce under the heated lamps. In the past, when I wanted sandwiches without sauce, they had to make it in the spot. I was charged more and had to purchase the barbecue sauce separately because I wanted to limit how much was put on my sandwich. Well, they have fixed that. So, other customers must've wanted the same thing and complained. Now, they have a place set aside with condiments, to include barbecue sauce, that is complementary. Unless, you take more than 2 items. * Buc-ee's has recently added a new item, fried chicken sandwich. It has a big piece of white meat served on extra large buns with a tasty sauce. Again, I wish you could get it plan and sauce be served separately. If it ge true bread soggy sitting under the heat lamps to pick,'I will not eat it. So, the money spent for it would be wasted. Speaking of money, its prices too high just for the sandwich ($8 at Buc-ee's should include drink or chips.) Buc-ee's really should consider meal deals! * Beaver nuggets, a must-have. Several flavors to choose from, but I particularly like the Sea Salted Caramel. * Cotton candy is my weakness, and Buc-ee's has 2 flavors I haven't seen elsewhere. My favorite are Grape & Watermelon. * I like some of Buc-ee's merchandise, but I think it's too pricey. I don't even look at the sale items because it's still more than what I want to pay for Beaver products. read more

Buc-ee's in the Nashville area is a huge gas station with a large store attached to it. 150 gas pumps and walking into the store for the first time was mind blowing. The little iconic Bucky Beaver is on everything in the store practically. Once passed all the adult clothing, jewelry, cowboy hats and boots, baby and children's clothes and toys and everything else under the sun comes the immense food section. Fresh meat carved in front of you, packaged and boxed items of everything you can think of. Buc-ee's is an experience worth having at least once. I'm guessing they are primarily a southern thing. Yes, we all got matching Buc-ee's pajamas and metal water containers with that Beaver on it! In several sizes and it keeps water ice cold and you need that in Tennessee. read more

Stopped in for gas and to look around the store. They have a ton of items that have the buc-ee's logo. They also sell food and desserts but nothing looked to be marked gluten-free. There is a section for sauces, rubs, jams, seasonings and chips that has the buc-ee's logo on it. Majority of their items are marked gluten free, which I was pleasantly surprised. There are some nuts and popcorn that is not marked GF and indicates it's made on shared equipment. I opted to grab their bbq sauce, peach salsa and dill pickle chips. All marked gluten free. Their dill pickle chips were fantastic. I couldn't stop eating them. Love how many items were GF! read more

With road trips, you can't but not help stop at a Buc-ee's if you are visiting a state that has one. On my most recently visit to the South, my husband and I made a stop at this Buc-ee's location. We filled up on gas and also purchased a few items, including coffee, seat belt covers and a large birthday candle. And yes the seat belt covers is for my car and it is currently on both the driver and front passenger seat. The birthday candle is for my little girl dog's upcoming birthday in May because who wouldn't want to have Buc-ee's in their birthday cake? Restrooms are clean during this visit and I didn't have to wait in line to use one (every once in a while you do, but it usually goes by rather quickly since there are so many stalls). But there were long lines at the registers when paying for our items. But there seemed to be a shorter line by the other entrance of the store instead of the main one. If I am in the area, I will definite visit this location again. read more

It still has the charm of the that red hat-wearing beaver; plenty of food and snack options, awesome employees, an hour's worth of shopping, etc. I just wasn't impressed with the restrooms. I KNOW. Either you're thinking, "lady. It's a restroom. Relax." OR you're a huge Buc-ee's fan and know in your heart that the restrooms are one of the main attractions at these mega gas stations/second church. Well I wasn't praying to that beaver this visit, I was shaming him on the sinful nature of letting the bathrooms get a little disorderly. This just wasn't it, and that's okay. If the worst thing about this visit was not thinking you could actually lick the porcelain thrones, so be it. But I consider myself a Buc-ee's fan and know how the restrooms are supposed to be. I have an announcement. Buc-ee's is no longer a store. It is officially a mall. I originally went in just to use the restroom to see how clean they keep them. The streak continues. Every single time I've been to a Buc-ee's, there's been an attendant working the restroom the entire time. After that I went for food and planned on getting a brisket taco, but since it was just after eight o'clock I grabbed a brisket sandwich instead. Total came to around twenty dollars. The signage on the drive in starts about sixty miles out, then forty minutes out, and it keeps counting down until you arrive. You can't miss it. Also, I noticed they pay their employees really well. If I lived closer I might work there on the weekends just to be part of it. Buc-ee's is its own experience. Also I started see signs 60 miles out. They also got Tesla Chargers!!! read more

Like other reviewers have stated - this is not your average gas station. Not only do they have ample amount of gas pumps for you to fuel your car, but their store is HUGE! Many options for food and drinks. Even cute little household items and apparel. This was the closest location to where I live and a two hour drive away. My family and I stopped by this past Saturday. Of course, it was packed! We expected it though. Spent close to two hours shopping around and picked out a bunch of goodies to send to our family in CA. I'm sure they will be happy with everything! For the fresh food I definitely recommend their chicken sandwich. It's my fave! read more

Today, the Buc-ee's beaver was there. My little guy was so happy to snap a picture. He likes their whoopie pies. Tried the red velvet one for the first time. I also perused the clothing and kitchen sections. So many cute shirts and clothes for babies & kids. Perfect place to find a gift for everyone on your list. From wine accessories to sun hats, you can find what you need and want at Buc-ee's! I cannot walk in the slightest bit hungry and walk out empty-handed ... it's impossible! The bathrooms are always kept neat and clean. I expected the crowdedness this July 4th weekend, but I had no wait for a bathroom nor for the bakery items. It had a short wait at the checkout. Gosh! They're so efficient! On the way to the restrooms, enjoy the hanging art pieces. The decor is so cute! They're all for sale! I really liked the Black Bear artwork. I love (& want) the "Grin And Bear It" wall art piece. It's on my Christmas List! lol Stopped by again on a late Sunday night for a quick stop and fill-up. How nice to not have to wait in line for anything and to be able to get in & out so quickly. The Crossville location is the smallest Buc-ee's that I have ever been to, but it has everything you need (& still the best there is) on your pit stop to/from East TN! The Crossville location does not sell you extra dressing on the side for salads, however the Sevierville location does or at least did the week I was there for Slammedenuff Gatlinburg. Tonight was the first time I purchased the SW Salad from this location, and unfortunately they're not consistent with the Sevierville location. Let's not forget, this after all was the Buc-ee's location that did call the cops & file a police report on a senior male employee that ate a (sample size that they give to customers) piece of cheese that was valued at 4¢ back in 2023. read more

We had literally purchased an item 5 minutes prior and decided to get a different size. Stood in line only to be told to stand in line again to wait for Matthew to become open.
