I have tried multiple times to use mobile gift…read morecertificates for American Spirit cigarettes and they absolutely refuse to scan the bar code on my phone! The men that work there in particular don't listen to me at all when I tell them they need to scan my phone to use the gift certificate, instead they just hit the x button, exiting off the site that I pulled the coupon off which screws me out of my coupon (the website thinks you used the coupon when you do that, so it's gone)! They tried saying that the coupons I was using was a scam or something (these coupons are off the legitimate American Spirit website), but the thing is I actually have used the mobile coupons there before, one solitary time; it was a young woman who scanned my phone no problem and didn't give me any gripe. What a concept! They have also rang me up for gas on the wrong pump and since I paid with a debit card I was "out of luck" according to them! So they make a mistake and I lose my gas money? They didn't even try to accommodate me, they never have! I couldn't even tell you how much money I have lost going to this establishment because of their ineptitude! I seriously can not stand this place and I won't go there anymore! I have also put a review on Google for this gas station and so has my husband, but we can't find either review on a different smartphone or PC. Which is suspicious.

This location isn't the worst during the day, but having to stop there early in the morning is…read moreimpossible. I leave for work at 3:30am. There are some morning I need to stop for gas, this gas station is suppose to be open for service 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. I've tried to stop there a dozen times at the early morning hours for gas because it's the closest to my house and supposed to be the most convenient, however, it's usually the most inconvenient because there's usually a hand written note on the door that states "closed for cleaning". I understand establishments need time for cleaning, staff the building for that then if you're advertising to be open 24/7.
