They have also extended Windsor all the way to Mulberry, making this store easy to get to. If you are going south on 291, you don't have to wait for the light on Mulberry, since there is an exit from the QT to 291 South. Store is awesome, and they've really thought out the traffic.

I'm not hating on Buc-ees! Love it..but this place is great regardless. I've been to all the locations in Lees summit and they do not disappoint. Except maybe the one off of 50 and 291. This store and along with the new ones have so much variety, the stores are always clean, the bathrooms are as well... never have I come in here and felt I couldn't just hang out and take my time. All the snacks in the heating racks are always fresh, specifically I had a bacon, egg and cheese taco. #amazing... Stuffed with bacon, too much cheese and maybe three eggs? Nothing to complain about. Everybody that works here is so friendly. They always offer quick assistance to check you in. Check you out get you on your way quick. I sit here and watch Kwik trip and I see hundreds of people while on my lunch break filtering in and out. I think we are all on the same page. Quicktrip is awesome!

We were able to fill our gas tanks at a very reasonable cost, and there were plenty of pumps so there was no waiting. We REALLY appreciate the dog park! It was simply wonderful to have a fenced-in area where we could let the dogs out for a little while to stretch their legs and take care of business. (We are not happy about other patrons who left their dog waste behind and didn't pick it up. What a shame that they took advantage of Love's hospitality and didn't clean up after their pets!) There were plenty of amenities for travelers in addition to gasoline for the cars. The convenience store had a wide variety of packaged and from-the-counter food and drink as well as road supplies. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and clearly well-maintained. We have stopped at other Love's facilities, and this is very much their standard. We can imagine that long-distance truck drivers appreciate the clean and well-managed environs. But even on our short trip, it was a pleasure to pause at such a pleasant place. It's a small, old store, with only a couple of pumps. but sometimes I'd prefer that over a crowded QT anyway. I pumped my gas, then went in for my Slurpee and a snack. They had lots of flavors today (YAY). The clerk was really friendly and warned me where he'd heard the Highway Patrol was hiding on the highway that day.
