I received a coupon in the mail through ValPak that offered $25 off the Club price. Instructions were to scan the QR code or bring it to the store. I'm not a fan making accounts on my phone, so we stopped here to get a membership and to enjoy an evening shopping. Member services staff told us they wouldn't give us the discount in store, it was only for online. I pointed out to her on the Sams Club flyer where it says "or bring this insert to your nearest club." She called her manager and explained, the manager said no over the walkie talkie, didn't come up. This offer comes through the mail to us every couple of months, and we had been excited to join when it did again. We walked away. You know, Sam's is what it is ... a massive wholesaler of this, that and the other. So, if you're looking for massive quantities of products, this is the place for you. Shopping for foods in huge cans that may never be utilized apparently makes sense for some people. I can't understand it. And, there seems to be an inordinate amount of processed, unhealthy foods in the aisles. But I found a true positive in the clothing section. Although I found no Jean shorts in my size that didn't have holes, I did think the available clothing was a good bargain. Sam's Club regularly fails to stock items I have been buying for years. Then they limited the number cases of cat food I could buy. I have a registered feral cat community that requires a case every 3 days. Now they also refuse to ship these cases in any quantity, even with a Plus membership. They free deliver but the tipping guidelines are off the scale. So I'm dropping the plus membership and will just shop in person like I did for years, or until I can find another store to do business in. read more

While the staff are wearing masks Sam's is not enforcing the mask rule for customers! When I asked one of the other customers to put her mask on, World War III exploded in my face! But when I walked away and headed to check out the non-mask wears followed me and got behind me in line so I asked the checker if you guys enforce your mask rule and she without saying no exactly she said no. The bottom line is if you're not protecting your customers I can't be one of them. I think we have really saved a lot of money by buying the things we use most often in bulk, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, k-cups for coffee, and dog food and dog treats. As with anything it pays to look at the prices and do a little bit of math, the Sam's brand isn't always the cheaper option. Absolutely love being able to use the Scan & Go app and avoid the checkout line. It also comes in handy when I'm not quite sure what the price of something is and it keeps a running total so I can not be surprised to check out. Of course rotisserie chicken and French bread are huge favorites of ours at Sam's along with produce and tons of other things. I know not many people print pictures anymore but I love getting my pictures printed when I make products for customers. read more

Bought my tires here, free tire rotation as part of the deal, good luck with that. We had an appointment, after 50 minutes our car was still sitting in the parking lot, one technician and he was working the same car that he was when we arrived at the department. Apparently, they only scheduled one technician, they don't care about the tire rotation part of your purchase. I wouldn't count on getting free rotations if you purchase your tires here. read more

I've been a warehouse shopper for years at Costco in St. Louis. I moved to Raymore this fall and decided to try the Sam's Club because the drive to Costco around here is long. I was pleasantly surprised. They are up to par with Costco now as far as I can see. I had tried Sam's Club in St. Louis years ago and settled into Costco for their products. Now I find the same products here at Sam's Club. I'm glad I stopped in and checked them out. read more

The tire department is short staffed and installed my tire incorrectly. The brand new tire lasted five hours because the wheel was pushing down on the valve stem which would lead the tire to release air slowly. I could have crashed. I would not recommend getting tires from here. My car has been on a tow truck more times than it should from their tires. read more

I do all of our family's grocery/toiletries shopping here on most weeks, unless we're needing something not sold at Sam's (really only a few items) like jalapenos in which case I drive across the street to Walmart (super convenient) and make those purchases there. Their gas station, on one end of the parking lot, is also very convenient and on cold days staff members have run over to pump the gas for me which I thought was so nice and great customer service! I appreciate that I save on quality, healthy food such as Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Organic Spinach/Kale/Spring Mix, Organic Quinoa, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Horizon Milk, Silk Almondmilk, Organic Carrot Juice, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (raised with no antibiotics, no added hormones or steroids, never fed animal by-products, cage free), Ozarka bottled water, hummus, mushrooms, avocados, frozen blueberries, and lots of fruit and veggies. They have a large selection of cheese. The staff is usually helpful and courteous, the store is clean and on a few occasions staff members have offered to load the four or five cases of bottled water and other groceries into my car which was a huge blessing because it's best for me not to carry heavy things due to a previous back injury. I was bummed when they stopped carrying a deliciously seasoned Wild Alaska Salmon and Hemp Seeds, and I'd like for them to carry Coconut Oil in a glass container instead of plastic, but all in all I'm a fan! :) read more

I was thrilled when they opened the new Sam's Club here in Raymore... it is very, very nice!! It has lots more products available than we had in the old store... they have a good number of carts which is important to me as I can't go to any stores that don't have them!! It is always nice and clean the staff are very helpful... I love their meat and you can't beat their prices... I realize that when they have sales that you have limits... but they are reasonable amounts and I have never needed more than I was offered... and that isn't a strange problem as the other reviewer said... when they have very good sales in lots of stores they put a limit on the amount you can buy... and their sales are always very good!! I am thrilled that they offer them... I think that everyone in this neck of the woods is thrilled to have our new store and it's always busy... some come out and check it our for yourself... I don't think you will have a problem!!! read more
