Everything inside and outside appears to be in good working order. The two entry / exit points are right turn only on Kempsville Road heading east and Butts Station Road heading south. The parking lot appears well-maintained and generally free of debris.

The store is clean and the cashier easy to deal with, so grabbing a snack and Monster drink is quick and smooth. Gasoline prices are lower here than back home in Pennsylvania, so filling up for the drive north is the right to do to save and feel good about it. The location is Haygood Shopping Center on the North side off Haygood Rd. It's a decent in and out. Since the station does not have direct access off the road it's not as busy. The parking lot is wide and has great maneuverability. The pumps are newer and worked great. Also new black top. Trash cans had been emptied the night before. Wash and towels available. No debris in sight. A staff person is in the nearby building if assistance is needed. The best part is saving with your Harris Teeter rewards card. I saved 50 cents today. If you shop Harris Teeter at Haygood check them out. You do not have to be a member of their loyalty program to use. However it's a breeze to sign up and save more.

Crossroads BP has a tire inflation station as well, but you'll need six quarters to use it. Save your money and go to Wawa on Kempsville. No charge there.
