Conveniently located on a busy street. Traditional items found at a gas pumping station and convenience stop. Many beverages snacks , candy's and convenient store items. Tobacco and vape products as well. Very well stocked. The gas pumping station wouldn't print my receipt and overall it could use a deep clean. Busy area with many places to eat and relax. Middle of the road (no pun intended!) rating... A tiny gas station off 55. Traffic can be annoying getting in and out. Pumps are close together, so watch out for other cars. I would use this gas station as a last resort or emergency. I haven't been inside, but the gas itself is extremely expensive. Travel 1-2 miles, and it's literally 35 cents cheaper. Long story short, gas is expensive at this BP. read more

Is a gas station really worth a review? And a 3 star to boost? You betcha, and you wanna know why? So you don't have to do what I did. My gaslight came on a good 15 miles back and I was driving on the I-55, a new route per the ever trusted GoogleMaps because yours truly still can't figure which way is North or South let alone East or West yet. It was a completely new experience. Not the E light coming on in the car, oh no no no. Gas price inflation, do you remember that? My car coasted everywhere on that light. Driving this new route, the interstates and I are BFFs. Back to the I-55, I was lost. So lost driving around in GOD only knows where (this will be funny in a month.) Amidst million dollar homes, long stretches of open roadway and NO. Repeat, NO gas stations in sight. Holy shit, I'm going to get stranded in the middle of effing nowhere and have to hoof it into some unknown town after how many miles trying to cipher gasoline. Sweet jesus, help a girl out. I pulled off on a Burr Ridge (I think...) exit and busted out the crackberry on a mad search in finding a local gas station. Nada, I pulled off on the wrong side of the highway naturally and drove. And drove and then finally pulled into a damn parking lot of a grocery store to ask for directions because where the hell is a gas station? Certainly not near Brookhaven Grocery that's for sure. Okay, here's something I do know. Toyota makes a damn fine car that must have more than a hidden tank for fuel because I drove for what seemed like more than the allotted back up fuel period and finally at the recommendation of someone back in moneyville, managed to get to BP and the car didn't protest. Is this an alright BP, who knows but it certainly wasn't "just up the road." It was a state away. Okay not a state but when you're sweating through your shirt, battling Google maps, eyeing that bright orange E light with open roadways just up the road feels like you're crossing country borders. All in all, I made it. Fueled up and hit the road. Thanks BP for keeping your prices low in Westmont a town I now know how to maneuver through! read more

I can NOT get the Westmont location (6300 S. Cass) to come up, so I'm putting this here... I just heard an atrocious story from my friend, who stopped there recently, during the Coronovirus panic, & bought some t.p. (not to hoard). But when she got out to the car & realized they charged her $15.80 for two 4-packs, she went in & tried to return them. But the jerk -cashier said she couldn't. She went out to her car & called the cc company who said YES, she can! She went back in & the cashier said the manager needed to do it, but he was in Chicago. She decided to stay there & called the cc co. AGAIN! Apparently, the cashier heard & POOF! The manager showed up! (10 minutes from downtown Chicago!). He basically yelled at my friend, telling her to sign multiple copies & that it was her fault for not checking the price, etc., etc. There was NO price on the shelf OR on the receipt! Decent gas station. As a Westmont resident and frequent driver, I've sure given them enough $$. Today I noticed they now have televisions at each gas pump. Most of the televisions were showing the weather forecast. So I got to pump gas in the cold and listen to the weatherman tell me it's cold outside. Exciting! One small warning about getting out of this gas station: it's located at the bottom of a slight hill, making it a bit hard to see oncoming traffic from the east. read more

This place is the absolute pits of all gas stations. Imagine pulling in to a station, prepaying with my DEBIT card $25 for gas. 1 minute later the person in the cage says sorry you need to come back tomorrow for your gas. I said "why"? Thinking the pumps were off for some reason.so naturally, I'm assuming he's going to cancel the transaction or just refund my cash. He refused because he said the card was still pending! Duh#&% having been a GM for restaurants for the last 25+ yrs. And know for a fact that ALL charges say that for at least 1 day. I pulled up my bank account on my phone and showed him my transactions and balance as proof but he still refused. I called the police and filed a report. If he still refuses past tomorrow I can officially press charges but after talking to their home office I don't think it will come to that. I woke up today and thought it was just a dream (nightmare) actually. Hats off to BP home offices to fix things asap though. Franchisee does not belong in any business he does not understand!
