December 2024- Shane Warrington makes emergency water diversion. January 2025- Shane digs French drains around house addition. Shane digs a 9'x9' x 6.5 ' deep hole in our yard. Connects the drainpipes, fills hole with rock, and replaces the lawn. October 2025 atmospheric river x 2. Raining now (November) - basement is dry. Crawl space is dry. It is raining too much to get a picture of the yard restored.- it looks good. Great attitude, too, which helps when you are panicking about saving your house.
