They are not at all flexible with their hours and setting appointments that meet your time restraints. Although I have completed payments on my orthodontic work, I have now twice had to pay others to do the work this practice should be doing since they are unwilling to schedule me an appointment. If I had not already paid them and gotten my braces off, I would certainly go to ANYONE else for orthodontic work. I do not recommend them to anyone.
