Well, they said they would turn my place upside down and have it done in one day. I was very skeptical but they PERFORMED! I left in the morning for work and when I got home, I immediately had to make a cocktail and walk around looking at my place feeling Very proud. This mess I've been in with my dog was Crazy Crazy Clean! Now I noticed something that I forgot to ask them to clean (my fault) and mentioned it. Next morning they were here to even take care of that at no extra cost, they just wanted me to be completely satisfied. We brought enough samples home that we could have done our floors with them. The outcome of our job was 5 stars plus. Antonio and his crew did an outstanding job. There was one mistake, I made, and told Antonio we were putting carpet on a landing where flooring was supposed to go. When I realized my mistake and told him he immediately corrected it with no problem. Fortunately they had just started the area. It took them less than two days to do two bedrooms , large living room, sunroom and staircase with a mixture of LVP flooring and carpet.. We had prepared for it taking three days. Also we had followed their prep sheet and had all the small stuff removed. Antonio and his crew moved all the furniture as needed. While his price is typically less than his competitors, his work is often less than expected. In the nine years that I have employed his company to power wash & stain my home in CRR I have had to call him back three times to perform rework. Some rework was related to substandard power washing & other was related to stain application issues. Alberto is a professional & honest paint/stain contractor;however, he tends to not supervise his crews(often family) & does not start & inspect their work at completion. This in turn has caused me to require him back for rework. Alberto needs to supervise his crews & stop expecting the customer to supervise his people!

We have been so busy that it was tough to lock in a week to get the work done but we ended up having first week of October and called him back hoping he could do the job on short notice. And he pulled it off. We got our whole cabin restained, all the decks, bunch of wood rot repaired, two coats and the job was absolutely top notch. What I am about to say does NOT apply to Alberto, but I have to say this and if it offends anyone, oh well. I have been here in Georgia for 17 years and it's amazing how people here don't seem to want to work. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to get quotes and people just don't show up. I have a hard time giving my money away. But Alberto and his crew did show up! He was great, communicative and responsive and did exactly what was needed to be done as quoted, and cleaned up after themselves. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and looks about 20 years newer. Communication between Alberto and myself was always great and he was very responsive. Money well spent and I WILL use him again if I ever need their services again. It's hard to find people that want to work in Georgia. So nice to find a crew that does. Keep up the great work Alberto!
