Working together with her excellent communication has been a wonderful experience. We have been with Southgroup Insurance-Gulf Coast for 3 years now and are thrilled with the professionalism and personal care. Switching over was the best decision we have made with our insurance needs. From learning what services are offered to insurance terms, Tammy has taught us the understanding of the process better than we ever knew before with our previous providers. We trust that she gets as many quotes as possible for comparison to save us money and get the services we need. She explains any quotes from what we are reading to what we are signing before signing any document. Confirming any changes we may have has always been important to her and we appreciate that as well. We always know when she will be out and who we can contact if we have any concerns while she is out, but we usually wait because we feel so secure with her. She answers our emails and voicemails either within minutes or by the end of the day. Any of our questions that the carriers are needed for, she works on it immediately and keeps us posted if there is any delay on the carrier's side.
