I've had Bishop Insurance for 3 years only by default because our lender tried to get us a…read more"cheaper" rate. I wouldn't say that Bishop has cheap rates & customer service isn't there strong point. My rates only went up every year and this past year, they didn't even send a notice this year to tell me my home insurance increased by over $1000 or that it was with a direct policy holder. We ended up moving & cancelled, but when I tried to get an explanation on the refund I received, it took 3 calls to finally get a response. Maybe it's just this location, but people here don't seem very helpful.
