We informed Guillot we suspected she had swimmers ear on top of the reason for the visit. When he jammed the otoscope into my kid's ear so hard it hurt them so bad they were scared to death of him. He stormed out the room giving us a total of 5 minutes of Doctor time. He said he couldn't deal with it and left. It turns out my baby was losing their hearing and is now profoundly hard of hearing. She will never regain the hearing. If it was auto immune an injection of steroids could have saved some of it. Word through the grapevine is that he had a surgery that did not go well that morning so he took it out on patients. A true professional.

But every time I took a day off from work and paid for another office visit, they just said, "I can't find anything wrong with them. If they do it again, bring them back." I finally had to give up and go find someone else. I ended up buying OTC hearing aids - they work MUCH better. A waste of thousands of dollars.
