He pitched me a 'risk-free' strategy to secure a $5,000 flat fee, but immediately started sending 'Due on Receipt' invoices to manufacture pressure. ​His refusal to advocate is astounding. I handed him a prepared, Director-level data package with spreadsheets proving my equity. He sat on it. He refused to do basic discovery or subpoena bank statements. When I held him accountable for the financial 'risk projections' he promised during our consultation, he suddenly suffered from 'selective amnesia.' He deliberately uses phone calls instead of emails to avoid creating a paper trail of his broken promises. ​Worse, his laziness actively harms your case. When my vehicle had a flat tire, opposing counsel demanded the registration be transferred to my name. Kory explicitly agreed to handle this basic administrative task.
