I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. I've never felt my vehicle was in better hands, and they leave you with the impression that they care about giving you a good deal and not charging you to fix anything you don't need done. They have always been good about timely service as well, whether it's a scheduled appointment to get something fixed, or an emergency fix. In personal experience I've had to be towed to Gordy's twice when my car died, and they've sent me on my way fixed up later that same day.
