Then I let him know I had a video of the contact and photos and he proceeded to get mad and tell me that I needed medication and hung up 2x on me. All I would expect is for an apology and to come over to look at my wife's car to make sure there was no damage. Not even an ounce of remorse from the owner of the company. I would not trust this individual with anything let alone a toner package based on this behavior in a fully branded company vehicle and as the owner.
