Jon exceeded all our expectations in terms of service as a real estate professional. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and in my opinion, is the real estate agent you should choose based on these three things: 1) He has an extensive knowledge of the Big Bear real estate market especially as it pertains to short term rental properties. He understands the nature of each of the neighborhoods across Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City and Sugarloaf. Jon is on top of the trends of the market and provides sound guidance on what to expect throughout the process of purchasing a property. 2. Jon is a consummate professional and follows through on his commitments. Whether it's providing answers to your questions, meeting you for appointments or keeping you updated on the status of your purchase, he is both timely and thorough in his words and actions. 3. Most importantly, Jon listens to you as a client. He takes your input and guides you to properties which meet your needs. He does not try to oversell or push you towards properties which are either out of your price range or don't check the boxes of your requirements for a home. This enables both you and him to make the best use of your time when searching for a suitable property. On top of all this, Jon is a genuinely nice person. He is grounded and sincerely cares that you have a satisfactory outcome during the home buying process. I would recommend Jon's services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Big Bear area.

All had experience and enthusiasm, similar recommended listing price and commission. What made my wife and I choose Kellie Green (with Gary Doss) of Compass, So Cal Resorts was their marketing plan. They told us everything they would do to get our cabin maximum exposure, including putting our cabin on display in the sidewalk window at their prime Pine Knott store front window display. Priceless. We know our previous agent was hampered by fires, mud slides, road closures and high interest rates but we were hopeful things would be different this time. We were amazed at the dozens of showings in the first two weeks and an open house. Kellie's plan and her follow through produced multiple viable offers inside of three weeks. To say we were amazed is an understatement. Kellie used, text, phone and emails to keep us up to date and informed at every turn. But best of all, Kellie answered our questions promptly every time! Kellie Green closed the deal and we are grateful. At our first meeting Kellie and Gary did not oversell themselves. They told us what they would do and they did it.
