We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. But when needing my transmission replaced in a 2007 Ford…read moreescape I was asked if I had the transmission and I told them no and that I'd be purchasing a reman from the store that they are connected to I was told that that's not going to be possible because they don't install customers transmissions and I said even though I'm purchasing a brand new from the company that you guys are part of I was informed that that's not going to work that I had to purchase the transmission through them which they would essentially purchase the same exact transmission that I would purchase through the same building and just up charge me quite a bit for the part which makes no sense
