On this day there was poor weather and road conditions, so we tried to call a few hours before the class time with no response. We made the assumption that they may not be open, and we decided to call back an hour before and leave a message stating that we are unable to make it and asking if there was any way we could refund or reschedule the class. 10 minutes before the class was about to begin (we are located 45 minutes away) We received a rude and unprofessional text stating that there was no snow near her, and we would not be receiving any refund. After trying to mitigate the situation, we received multiple more rude texts and then no response. Today, one week later, we received a text about a class scheduled for the next day. Due to the absolute lack of communication, we had no previous knowledge of this class. When I called to ask what this new class scheduled was, I was met with extreme rudeness and was cursed out. All my communication was with Tia, I had tried to speak to her with respect and figure out the situation, but it was clear that she had zero customer service skills.

The instructor was super nice, knowledgeable, and really encouraging the entire time, which made it easy to jump right in even as a beginner. I loved the overall feel of KickHouse. It's such a positive, high-energy environment. The class itself was definitely a workout. I was sweating like crazy, but the music was high-vibe and kept me going the whole time. The 45 minutes flew by so fast. The location is in a plaza, so just keep in mind that parking is shared, but it wasn't an issue when I went. The studio itself is a really good size, with about 15-16 stations (bags/spots) set up for the class, so it didn't feel overcrowded.

Kick House is a wonderful place with dedicated trainers. During everyone's first class, the trainer takes time out to show you the moves. Every trainer at the Hershey location has been amazing! You sign up for classes in advance, but they do offer "drop-ins" for $25 as space allows. They only have 17 bags, so once they are full that's it! The website and app to sign up for classes are both very easy to use. They offer loaner gloves that you can use until you get your own. They currently offer about 5 different classes for all skill levels. Classes are either 30 minutes or 45 minutes in length. I have never enjoyed working out, but I am addicted to this. You leave fully drenched in sweat and feeling like you can take on anything!

I also went to cancel after being frozen and was charged twice in a month. 6/2 and 6/30. I called twice, never heard back. Stopped in TWICE no one was there and even left a note- no call back. Finally called and got a hold of the manager and was basically told there is nothing they can do. I took 3 classes totally there because their class schedules are not convenient. I love to support businesses and give great reviews but this was truly was so frustrating considering they are $139 charges!!

I had a membership. The youth hit class was only class used on membership. . The trainer for that…read morequit and they went 1-2 weeks with no HIT class. I froze his membership and was told that if I canceled during the 3 month freeze my last payment would be $15.00. Apparently that is not the truth. I was charged another $89.00. I canceled because the HIT class went from 2x a week to 1 with new instructor and the one day did not work with my schedule. I spoke with someone at the gym and got nowhere! It's not my fault their employees told me the wrong things. Maybe they should make sure everyone knows correct policies. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Would not recommend!
