The car was new so I had no idea. The quotes from the other companies were cheaper so I am pretty sure they didn't understand this needed to be done or didn't have the capacity to do it. None of the other companies mentioned that the safety features would not work without the recalibration. The dealership verified that Safelite was correct this needed to be done. In addition, Safelite was able to come to my home to do the work very quickly and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I wish I had written down his name - I would call him out in this review if I could. I will always use Safelite in the future for this work - they know what they are doing.
